Excitedly speaking as a diehard Star Wars fan here, EA along with Bit Reactor and Respawn have finally unveiled the initial trailer for “Star Wars: Zero Company,” a hardcore single-player turn-based tactics game nestled within the Clone Wars era, slated to drop next year.
In your role as a former officer from the Republic, you’ll lead an exceptional team of specialists, each available for hire, on a critical mission aimed at suppressing a growing menace that could engulf the entire galaxy. Given the circumstances, it won’t come as a surprise if the odds are against you. However, you’ll need to navigate through a shaky alliance to ultimately accomplish your task and ensure the mission’s success.
According to Creative Director Greg Foertsch, our goal for the game Star Wars Zero Company is centered around gameplay principles that intertwine the captivating Star Wars universe with engaging turn-based strategy gameplay. We strive to create a game featuring a unique story set during the Clone Wars period, where player decisions matter and have significant consequences. Additionally, we aim for intense turn-based tactical combat with an easy-to-grasp and cinematic style of presentation.
Star Wars Zero Company will be coming to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC in 2026.
