On the television front, numerous shows have delved into the vast galaxy depicted in Star Wars. Among the most distinctive so far is the anthology series titled Star Wars: Visions. The initial release showcased interpretations of the franchise by nine Japanese animation studios, while the subsequent installment features contributions from nine international studios.

The third installment of Star Wars: Visions is almost upon us, featuring nine Japanese animation studios bringing the Star Wars universe to life. Returning characters include Lah Kara from Production IG’s “The Ninth Jedi,” Ronin from Kamikaze Douga’s “The Duel,” and F from Kinema Citrus Co.’s “The Village Bride.” The art for Volume 3 gives a sneak peek into other stories as well. One of the new tales, titled “BLACK,” delves into the tormented mind of an Imperial stormtrooper on the brink of surrender, using vivid, psychedelic visuals to convey his inner turmoil.

The third volume of the animated series “Star Wars: Visions” will be released exclusively on Disney+ on October 29th. You’ll be able to watch all nine unique anime shorts right away.
