Star Wars: Skeleton Crew

As a seasoned gamer and binge-watcher of all things entertaining, I must say that this week’s lineup has left me thrilled beyond belief! The Star Wars universe never ceases to amaze me, and with the arrival of “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” on Disney+, it’s like Christmas came early. Jude Law as Jod Na Nawood? Count me in!

Even though we’re nearing the end of this year, there are still numerous shows left to watch before welcoming 2025. To begin with, the Star Wars saga expands further with the introduction of “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew”. If you thought the Star Wars universe was winding down after “The Bad Batch”, think again! This live-action series introduces a fresh crew of space travelers, and their journey takes them to Jod Na Nawood, played by Jude Law.

As a gamer, I’m pumped to share that I’ve been binging the initial two episodes of “Skeleton Crew” on Disney+. Every week, a new episode will drop until we reach the season 1 finale on January 14. This sci-fi series has some stellar talent like Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Tunde Adebimpe, and more, making it a must-watch!

Black Doves

To maintain the momentum of your viewing experience, don’t forget to catch the spy thriller “Black Doves” on Netflix this Thursday, December 5th. This gripping series would be an ideal choice for your weekend binge-watching sessions as all episodes will be available upon its release. The star-studded cast includes Keira Knightley, Sarah Lancashire, Ben Whishaw, Andrew Koji among others. The plot revolves around agent Helen (Knightley), who is embroiled in an affair that could potentially expose her covert identity.

The Sticky

If you’re in search of some good chuckles this holiday season, don’t miss out on “The Sticky” which is streaming on Prime Video this coming Friday, December 6! This humorous and delightful tale revolves around Ruth Landry, brilliantly played by Margo Martindale, a maple syrup farmer who assembles a team for the most exciting (and sweetest) Canadian heist. Alongside Margo, Chris Diamantopoulos, Guillaume Cyr also star in this production. Unlike traditional series, you can enjoy all six episodes of “The Sticky” on December 6 without waiting for weekly releases. Take a peek at the trailer above!

Happy streaming! What will you be watching?
