Star Wars Outlaws Title Update 1.4 To Be 'Biggest' Patch Yet, as Ubisoft Outlines Key Areas to Be Improved

As a seasoned gamer with years of experience under my belt, I can’t help but feel a surge of excitement when I read about the upcoming updates for Star Wars Outlaws! Having dabbled in numerous open-world games, I appreciate the commitment from Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment to continually improve this gem. The focus on enhancing combat tactics, stealth, and control consistency is music to my ears.

Ubisoft, along with developers at Massive Entertainment, have shared their plans for refining aspects of the game “Star Wars Outlaws,” which has seen three updates since its release in August.

In a recent blog post, the newly appointed Creative Director Drew Rechner has shared some exciting details about the future. He announced that Title Update 1.4 will be a significant milestone, promising it as the “largest update to date”. The team at the studio is diligently working to ensure that “Star Wars Outlaws” delivers the finest gaming experience for you.

Among the anticipated modifications, there will be adjustments to the battle system to enhance rewards for “strategy and accuracy,” and stealth mechanisms will undergo additional refinements for “improved clarity and uniformity in enemy detection,” with a greater variety of options available for “approaching each confrontation.

Improvements in cover reliability, enhanced responsiveness during climbing and crouching actions, and overall control consistency are part of our plans, along with a greater focus on giving players more choices to experience the game as they prefer, be it stealthily navigating situations, charging ahead guns blazing, or anything in between – as stated by Rechner.

Further details about Title Update 1.4 for Star Wars Outlaws, which launches on November 21st, will be disclosed beforehand, including the upcoming Wild Card DLC chapter. Star Wars Outlaws can currently be played on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC platforms.
