Star Wars Outlaws' Enforced Stealth to Be Removed From Almost 'All Quest Objectives'

As a seasoned gamer with countless hours spent navigating through the treacherous landscapes of various video games, I can wholeheartedly say that Ubisoft’s decision to ease up on enforced stealth missions in Star Wars Outlaws is nothing short of a game-changer.

Ubisoft has announced that they are significantly reducing the need for stealth missions in the game Star Wars Outlaws. This change should bring relief to players who may have found themselves stuck or frustrated during stealth sections of the game, as most of the quest objectives will no longer require forced stealth.

The developers have ensured that you can continue with the stealthy strategy during missions for characters Kay and Nix, but they’ve also provided an option for you to choose a different approach if you prefer. As stated by the game’s new Creative Director Drew Rechner in a recent development blog post, this balance was crucial to maintain the appeal of stealth-based play while offering players more freedom to decide their tactics during each mission.

As a sneaky gamer like myself, you’ll get the thrill of picking your strategy in this game – either go for stealthy approaches, charge head-on into battle right away, or my personal favorite: stay hidden until they catch you and then unleash a barrage of firepower! In Star Wars Outlaws, I’ve found myself adopting that exact approach time and again. Previously, getting spotted meant returning to a checkpoint, but now, you’ll have the exciting chance to engage in combat instead! Yippee-ki-yay!

As a gamer, I’ll now have the thrill of drawing my blaster just like Han Solo, who, let’s not forget, always made the first shot count! Previously hidden syndicate districts are opening up, offering me more opportunities to handle issues with a bang rather than sneaking around. This change is all about giving players more freedom, empowering us to wield two-handed weapons and utilize pick-up arms in a wider variety of situations.

Title Update 1.4.0 has been implemented, bringing various changes and more, now available in the galaxy of “Star Wars Outlaws“. The anticipated expansion pack for the game, known as the “Wild Card DLC“, where you’ll be tasked with infiltrating a sabacc game featuring Lando Calrissian, is set to go live today.
