As a gamer with a heart full of Star Trek fandom that spans over two decades, I must say, @lilvoyagercomics has become my weekly dose of intergalactic joy! This comic artist has masterfully blended the charm of Voyager, a dash of Prodigy, and a heaping spoonful of humor into a delightful cosmic cocktail.

Under the handle @lilvoyagercomics on various online platforms, a dedicated fan of Star Trek: Voyager (and a hint of other Star Treks) has transformed their passion into a weekly, creative tribute in comic form. Each Sunday sees the launch of a new comic that primarily revolves around Captain Kathryn Janeway and her crew onboard Voyager. However, these comics have expanded to incorporate characters from Star Trek: Prodigy as well.

Humorously speaking, these comics are sure to elicit grins from fans of Voyager and Prodigy, particularly those who’ve harbored hopes for a romantic union between Captain Janeway (Kate Mulgrew) and Commander Chakotay (Robert Beltran) spanning nearly three decades. The artist playfully satirizes certain episodes of Voyager, including the awkward “Threshold,” and even envisions amusing scenarios such as one of the lizard babies chasing after Janeway in a desperate bid to keep pace with Mommy.

As a gaming enthusiast, let me tell you this: If you haven’t caught up with Prodigy yet, trust me, you’re missing out, especially after witnessing Captain Janeway and Commander Chakotay in the Mirror Universe.
