Stanley Tucci’s Wife ROASTS Him Over Age Gap! You Won’t Believe Her Quip!
As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but marvel at the multifaceted talent that is Stanley Tucci. He’s not just a writer or director, nor merely an actor from The Devil Wears Prada or an Instagram heartthrob. Instead, he effortlessly weaves between these roles and even dabbles in documentary making, leaving us all in awe of his versatility and charm.
However, the versatile celebrity, who is 64 years old, has emphasized that he couldn’t sustain his busy lifestyle and manage his diverse careers without his equally dedicated spouse’s unwavering support.
For over a decade, I’ve been proudly married to the talented Felicity Blunt, the esteemed sister of the renowned Emily Blunt in Hollywood. Over the past two decades, my wife has carved out an impressive career as a literary agent, representing literary giants such as Jilly Cooper and even lending her expertise to my own culinary publications.
At John Krasinski’s 2010 wedding, Stanley and his future partner were first brought together by Felicity’s younger sibling, Emily, who previously shared the screen with Stanley in The Devil Wears Prada.
In the past, Stanley openly mentioned contemplating a separation from Felicity due to their significant age difference, but they eventually tied the knot in 2012 and now raise two lovely kids together.
At a gathering marking the debut of his new TV series, “Tucci In Italy,” Stanley acknowledged that he wouldn’t have been able to embark on numerous creative endeavors without the tireless efforts of Felicity, a woman who outworks everyone he’s encountered.

In a lighthearted moment, Felicity, aged 43, commented on the topic of marriage during a conversation between Stanley and their mutual friend, journalist Elizabeth Day.
Stanley chuckled heartily before extolling his wife’s virtues with great enthusiasm. He added, “Having the backing of others certainly simplifies matters. However, I relish engaging in a variety of activities. I prefer not to limit myself to just one.
The actor mentioned that with age, his desire to explore various aspects has grown. He pondered, “I believe actors choose acting because they don’t want to be who they are; instead, they want to embody other characters. It’s all about storytelling, and I wish to narrate stories in multiple forms.
As I grow older, I discover new methods to narrate stories – here’s one example, storytelling through books is another, and I also enjoy directing and acting. In the upcoming years, I hope to explore more ways of storytelling using different techniques, assuming I am given the opportunity.
Those narratives reflect your experiences, yet they also mirror your perspective on the world. It’s become clear to me that I wish to devote my life to storytelling – in whichever form it may take.
Stanley’s recent endeavor in storytelling is titled “Tucci In Italy,” a delectable five-part series by National Geographic, where the renowned actor and avid food lover embarks on an exciting gastronomical and cultural expedition across Italy.
The program explores the diverse terrains, customs, and cuisine of five unique areas: Tuscany, Lombardy, Trentino-South Tyrol, Abruzzo, and Lazio.
In the initial episode, we find Stanley savoring various dishes, such as lampredotto, a traditional Florentine meal that is crafted using the fourth and last stomach of a cow to prepare a tripe delicacy.

Stanley admitted, “I was apprehensive about eating it; it was sweet, yet quite unattractive. You know, much like a fish – as the Italians often remark, the less appealing a fish looks, the more scrumptious it tastes… I guess that’s why my wife chose to marry me.
Stanley openly shared a straightforward strategy he employed to prevent excessive eating while shooting the series, a tactic that, in jest by his friend Elizabeth Day, also played a role in preserving his popularly known lean, attractive body on Instagram.
‘I’m eating but I’m not eating the whole thing, that would be disgusting,’ he said.
He mentioned that it wasn’t possible for you to perform that action, as it would malfunction. However, he acknowledged that it could be challenging to resist the temptation of the numerous scrumptious dishes available.
Typically, after wrapping up a scene, the team takes a midday break, and I often spend that time catching some sleep in the van, he admitted.

Over five episodes, Tucci’s Italian Journey showcases the star enjoying a grand Sienese banquet in Tuscany, exploring innovative farm-to-table dishes in Lombardy, and reconnecting with the authentic essence of Lazio through its longstanding culinary customs.
For the very first time, he explores the areas of Trentino-Alto Adige, tasting pine cone pesto amidst the magical Alpine landscape and indulging in Abruzzo’s ancient seafood customs atop a trabocco – an old wooden fishing platform.
Beginning May 21st at 8 PM, you can catch “Tucci” on National Geographic in Italy. Alternatively, starting from the 19th of May, all episodes will be available to stream on Disney+.
