Today, Developer GSC Game World has unveiled a comprehensive documentary titled ‘“War Game: Behind the Scenes of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2”‘, detailing their challenging experience developing the game during the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

As I embarked on this grand gaming venture, it morphed into a profoundly intimate and historical journey, crafted under the most extraordinary conditions. This documentary not only dives deep into the game itself but also sheds light on how GSC skillfully encapsulated the spirit of Chornobyl and Ukraine, all while battling adversity and loss.

According to the documentary’s director, Andrew Stephan, this movie isn’t just about the toughest game development ever, but it showcases resilience and the indomitable human spirit that emerges during insurmountable struggles.
