This family drama is being praised as funny, touching, and original. It centers on Margo, whose mother used to be a Hooter’s waitress and whose father was a professional wrestler.

Having recently left college and now a new mother, she’s facing growing bills and needs to find resourceful ways to make ends meet.
The film also features strong performances from Marcia Gay Harden, Greg Kinnear, Michael Angarano, Rico Nasty, and Lindsey Normington.
Fanning also executive produces alongside her sister, Dakota Fanning, Kidman, Kelley and Pfeiffer.

Vince Gilligan, the Emmy-winning creator of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, has a new show called Pluribus now streaming on Apple TV. The series stars Rhea Seehorn, who audiences will recognize as Kim Wexler from Better Call Saul.
Seehorne stars as Carol Sturka, a cynical romance novel author. She’s one of just thirteen people worldwide who are immune to the “Joining”—a process that transforms everyone else into a single, peaceful collective intelligence known as “Us.”
I’m playing as Carol, and things are starting to feel really off. I’m getting the sense that this group, the ‘Joined,’ isn’t as peaceful as they seem. So, I’m trying to find other people like me – those who aren’t affected – but it’s been tough. Some are helpful, others… not so much.
The show began streaming on Apple TV in early November and the final episode of the season will be available on December 26th.
