A sneak peek at the upcoming hilarious comedy show titled “Last One Laughing” has just been shown, along with its scheduled air date.
The upcoming Prime Video series boasts several fan-favorites from Taskmaster, such as Sara Pascoe, Lou Sanders, Bob Mortimer, Daisy May Cooper, Joe Lycett, and a surprise guest, Roisin Conaty.
Alongside former cast members Judi Love, Rob Beckett, and Joe Wilkinson, the ensemble is further joined by Harriet Kemsley and Richard Ayoade, making up the full team.
The show titled “Last One Laughing” begins its premiere of the initial four episodes on March 20. It is hosted by Jimmy Carr and features a group who spend their day competing to keep from laughing throughout various tasks set for them.
In the sneak peek, fans get a glimpse into the upcoming shenanigans. Richard says with his dry wit, “I haven’t had a good laugh since the 90s.
During the challenges, the comedians struggle hard to keep from laughing, even when they had to disclose their hidden celebrity crushes (such as Daisy confessing her affection for Jimmy). One performer compared not laughing to attempting to contain a burp or a sneeze.
Throughout the series, they employ all their humor skills in an attempt to outwit their competitors while managing not to laugh themselves.
Additionally, they should be mindful of more than just their competition, as hinted at by the remark. This could mean unexpected guest appearances from comedians, unexpected changes in format, and unforeseen elements that aim to bring a smirk to the contestants’ faces and hearty laughter from the audience.

The series you’re referring to was originally based on the Japanese program titled “Documental,” a creation of Hitoshi Matsumoto, that has been airing continuously for 13 seasons starting from the year 2016.
