SRG Coach Arcadia shares excitement on OG collab: A deam opportunity to work with Ceb

For Coach Arcadia at SRG, partnering with OG isn’t just a tactical move; it’s the realization of a long-cherished aspiration – collaborating with his admired figure, Ceb.

As a passionate Mobile Legends: Bang Bang gamer, I’ve seen my fair share of unexpected collaborations, but the recent alliance between Selangor Red Giants (SRG) and OG Esports took the esports world by storm. At a press conference during the MLBB Professional League Philippines Season 15, SRG head coach Michael “Arcadia” Bocado revealed that this partnership transcends strategic alliances; it’s the realization of a lifelong dream for him and his team.

A Collaboration Beyond Expectations

This collaboration between SRG and OG marks a significant milestone for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) esports sector, as OG is widely recognized for its influential impact on the Dota 2 esports world. For SRG, this partnership offers an exceptional learning experience from one of the most accomplished organizations in the global esports landscape. However, it holds a deeper significance for SRG Coach Arcadia.

Arcadia was absolutely thrilled when she learned SRG would be working with OG,” Arcadia expressed. “Admit it, I’m quite an admirer of Ceb, and this feels almost unreal to me. It’s a blend of pride and anxiety; we’re representing OG now, and that’s a significant burden.

Working with Ceb would be a dream come true for SRG Coach Arcadia

For quite some time, Arcadia has admired Sebastien “Ceb” Debs, a highly esteemed player and co-founder at OG, who is widely recognized within the esports community. His exceptional leadership abilities and tactical prowess have served as an inspiration to countless players and coaches across generations.

For quite some time now, Arcadia has closely observed and analyzed the style of a particular individual. He has paid attention to his speech patterns, physical gestures, and choices, particularly during the critical instances documented in True Sight, a series produced by Valve that highlights the most exciting moments in Dota 2.

At first, I found it hard to accept,” Arcadia confessed. “Ceb is known for his excellent oratory skills, and whenever I watch True Sight, I jot down tips on his leadership and communication style. When I learned about this collaboration, my initial reaction was, ‘I truly hope I get a chance to collaborate with him, to learn from one of my esports role models.’

As a gaming enthusiast, I can’t help but share the latest news about OG’s Dota 2 roster. They’ve let go of Ceb, along with teammates Nuengnara “23savage” Teeramahanon and Jian Wei “xNova-” Yap. Yet, Ceb has assured us that he won’t disappear completely; he plans to stay connected behind the scenes while pouring his energy into content creation. This exciting development doesn’t mean I have to give up on my dream collaboration with Ceb – it’s still a possibility!

Raising the Stakes in Malaysia’s MLBB Scene

This partnership occurs at a time when significant advancements are taking place in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) competitive environment, particularly within Malaysia (MY). The reason being, regions are now vying for two spots in the upcoming EWX x MSC 2025 tournament, rather than one. SRG Coach Arcadia believes this change will propel MPL Malaysia teams to even greater achievements.

He pointed out that having two chances to qualify provides a significant boost. While there’s still competition in a single slot, if a team experiences a few losses, it can lead to a loss of confidence. However, with two slots available, teams will be more determined to secure their spot at MSC. The allure of the large prize pool only adds to this drive, as everyone aims to be part of the event.
