Squid Game star Park Sung-hoon comes under fire over pornographic post
As a lifestyle expert with years of experience in the entertainment industry, I must say that incidents like this one involving Park Sung-hoon and the Squid Game porn parody are all too common in the fast-paced world of social media. It’s been stirred up that one of the main actors from the popular Netflix series, Squid Game, found himself in a sticky situation when he mistakenly posted on his social media an image resembling the DVD cover art for a porn parody version of Squid Game.
In this week, there was a stir in South Korea over Park Sung-hoon, the actor portraying the transgender character Hyun-ju in season two of the dystopian drama, due to a post he shared on his public Instagram account featuring the show’s cover art.
Squirt Game – This adult-oriented spoof of the popular series Squid Game originating from China features numerous graphic sexual encounters, some of which depict simulated acts of sexual violence.
In response to the incident, the 39-year-old swiftly removed the post, followed by his management team releasing a public explanation about what happened.
According to a statement made by BH Entertainment, as reported by Korea JoongAng Daily, actor Park unintentionally shared an image that was sent to him privately, due to his mistake of clicking the incorrect button.
The agency stated that Sung-hoon was ‘shocked’ by what had happened.
They expressed regret for the error made under these conditions, promising to exercise extra caution to prevent a repeat.
In my fervor as a dedicated admirer, I can’t help but express my thoughts on the recent uproar surrounding this cinematic work back home in South Korea. The intensity and provocative nature of the movie has certainly ignited a storm of reactions, with many voices raised in passionate debate.
