Springsteen Biopic Release Date REVEALED! You Won’t Believe Who’s Playing The Boss!
In fall of 2025, a film about the life of Bruce Springsteen, titled “Deliver Me From Nowhere”, is set to be released. This movie, starring Jeremy Allen White from The Bear, seems to be aiming for the awards season as its release coincides with the submission deadlines for prestigious award ceremonies like the Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAGs), Golden Globes, and Academy Awards.
Initially, Variety revealed that the movie would premiere on October 24, 2025. This announcement was made late on a Friday night. The film is based on Warren Zanes’ book with the same title, which narrates the personal account of Springsteen’s 1982 album, Nebraska, and the creation of an album that is known for its subtler tones compared to his other works. Jeremy Strong will portray Jon Landau, Springsteen’s manager in the film, with both Springsteen and Landau actively participating in the project. Stephen Graham has been cast as Springsteen’s father, Paul Walter Hauser as the guitar technician Mike Batlan, and Odessa Young as Faye, Springsteen’s love interest. Gaby Hoffmann, David Krumholtz, Marc Maron, Johnny Cannizzaro, Harrison Gilbertson, Chris Jaymes, and Matthew Anthony Pellicano also feature in the film.

‘Deliver Me From Nowhere’ Will Show A Springsteen That Fans Will “Deeply Recognize” Say Cast and Crew
Previously this year, fellow actor Jeremy Strong expressed great enthusiasm about the project and his part in it during an interview with Variety.
Over the past six months immersed in Bruce Springsteen’s realm through his music, I haven’t found a single individual whose body of work or legacy has moved, inspired, and filled me with life, hope, and love as much as Bruce Springsteen. Jeremy Allan White’s work is remarkable. Bruce spends a lot of time on set, and we’re all collaborating to create it. At this moment, there’s nothing more significant to me than the universe shaping his story and manifesting Jon Landau.
Added Disney Live Action and 20th Century Studios president David Greenbaum:
Working alongside the legendary and awe-inspiring Bruce Springsteen, an artist whose impact resonates deeply with countless people, is an extraordinary opportunity. I’m delighted to join forces with my dear friend Scott Cooper yet again in bringing such an authentic narrative to life.
Moreover, it’s worth noting that Bruce Springsteen himself couldn’t help but express his admiration for the project’s leading actor, Jeremy Allen White, by extolling his talents.
“His perception of me is one I believe the fans will readily identify with. He’s been fantastic in his role, which has made it enjoyable for me to be on set whenever I manage to attend.
Without a doubt, it’s likely not necessary to mention, but the ruckus you’re hearing now is probably fathers and uncles worldwide preparing themselves for the most thrilling night (that will take place on October 24, 2025, when this movie gets released).
