I’m so thrilled for Jena Sims! Seeing her featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue has definitely been a highlight of the year – she looked absolutely incredible!
And now the 37-year-old actress has landed a new campaign for DIFF Eyewear.
The model, married to golfer Brooks Koepka, recently shared with The Daily Mail how she’s getting in shape for summer.
Sims credits her fitness to dedication and consistent effort. She explained to The Daily Mail that she works with a trainer in New York City via FaceTime three times a week, allowing her to stay on track even when traveling. She also makes sure to walk at least 10,000 steps every day.
Supporting her husband during his golf tournaments takes a lot of time and effort, but she says it’s a great way to stay active: ‘Walking the course really helps me get my steps in!’
She maintains her figure by being mindful of what she eats, and has recently been prioritizing protein in her diet.
Sometimes, a little makeup can help boost confidence. As one person put it, ‘I truly feel my best when I have a spray tan.’
As far as her new DIFF collaboration, she said she has a favorite style.
I like all my glasses, but I especially love the Sims. They have a cool look and just fit my face perfectly. I find myself grabbing them more often than the others, whether I’m getting dressed or rushing to take Crew to school.
And the sunglasses have become famous as she watches her husband play golf.
I’ve been wearing these glasses a lot while playing golf lately. I actually plan my outfits around which pair I want to wear – it’s a fun way to change up my style. Plus, I always keep a pair in the car since I’m always busy running around with my son.
She shared that she’s been working with Sports Illustrated for quite a while now.
She expressed her excitement to The Daily Mail, saying, ‘There are no boundaries for what I can achieve. Being named Rookie of the Year and having the chance to compete for the title again for the third straight year is incredibly meaningful to me.’
It’s about more than just pretty pictures; it demonstrates that I embody the brand’s values and, crucially, use my influence to make a positive impact. Inspiring women to pursue their goals and embrace their full potential is what truly matters to me.
She’s known for her roles in TV movies and lower-budget films, including titles like Attack of the 50 Foot Cheerleader, 3-Headed Shark Attack, and Sharknado 5: Global Swarming.
She was also named Miss Georgia Teen USA in 2007.
Brooks Koepka, her husband, is a professional golfer who competes on the PGA Tour. The 35-year-old has reached the number one ranking in the world and has won five major championships throughout his career.
