The creators of “It Takes Two,” Hazelight Studios, have unveiled a fresh trailer for their upcoming cooperative journey titled “Split Fiction.” In this game, characters Mio and Zoe are able to jump between the futuristic and mythical realms that emerged from their writing.
In this new trailer, Game Director Josef Fares provides insightful commentary as we delve deeper into the unique split-screen cooperative gameplay of Split Fiction. Additionally, it offers glimpses of Side Stories, which are exciting standalone adventures embedded within the main storyline. For instance, one finds you surfing on a sandfish, while another places you snowboarding down a mountain in the midst of a fierce futuristic battlefield.
In the gameplay demonstration of Split Fiction, located below, you can observe Mio and Zoe forming a strong bond and supporting each other as they team up in cooperative mode. This intriguing title is scheduled to launch on 6th March for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC at the price of $49.99. The game supports cross-platform play, allowing you to invite a friend to join you at no additional cost through the Friend’s Pass feature.
