Okay, so I just saw some interesting stuff about the next Spider-Man movie! Apparently, there’s going to be a time jump – which is pretty cool. I found out through Screen Rant that Barnes & Noble put up a listing for the art book for the movie, and it included a little summary of what the plot’s gonna be about. It’s getting me hyped!
The next Spider-Man movie, Phase Six, will be set four years after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home, which came out in 2021.
It’s been four years since we last saw our favorite hero. While Peter Parker has disappeared, Spider-Man is still protecting New York City and is more skilled than ever.
What to Read Next
Our hero is enjoying a period of success until a strange series of crimes throws him into a much bigger and more complex mystery than he’s ever dealt with. To overcome this new challenge, Spider-Man needs to be in peak condition, both physically and mentally, and he must also confront the consequences of his previous actions.
Spider-Man: A New Day kicks off a fresh trilogy of Marvel Cinematic Universe films. Tom Holland returns as Spider-Man, a role he first played in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War.

The new film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and features a cast including Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Sadie Sink, Liza Colón-Zayas, Jon Bernthal, and Mark Ruffalo.
Filming for the project finished last December, and the director, Cretton, posted a heartfelt message about it on Instagram.
“I’m so deeply grateful for the people who walked with me through the biggest, most rewarding film I’ve ever been a part of,” he began.

To our incredible actors, thank you for bringing these characters to life and touching our hearts every single day. And to our phenomenal crew, your dedication, creativity, and skill were truly unmatched – you kept us laughing until our sides hurt!
He went on to say how much he loved everyone and expressed his excitement for the world to finally see their amazing work in the movies.
A huge thank you to Tom Holland for his wonderful leadership, both on and off camera, his incredible dedication, and his bold acting. That’s a wrap on Spider-Man: Brand New Day! And thank you for your friendship.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day is scheduled to be released in cinemas on 31 July, 2026.
