There’s a fresh speculation about Spider-Man 4 circulating, implying that the identity of the main antagonist in the much-awaited film might still be under wraps for fans.

Based on information from well-known source Daniel Richtman, it appears that viewers haven’t identified the primary antagonist in Spider-Man: Brand New Day yet. Despite numerous speculations, Richtman reveals that the main villain of the movie isn’t any character fans have previously heard about.

Richtman additionally confirmed that Mister Negative won’t be the antagonist, a theory that has also been disproven by other sources recently. At this point, it’s still uncertain who the villain will be. Some fans speculate characters such as Scorpion, Venom, and others might make an appearance in the film, but for now, Marvel Studios is maintaining secrecy about the antagonist.

In a brand new adventure, Spider-Man: Fresh Start is being helmed by director Destin Daniel Cretton, with screenplay penned by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers. Avengers: Doomsday” on December 18, 2026 and “Avengers: Secret Wars” a year later on December 17, 2027. The release of “Avengers: Doomsday” has been pushed back, making Spider-Man 4 the precursor to these two movies.
