Mel C showed off her impressively fit body in her new music video, highlighting her strong biceps while wearing a revealing leotard.
The 51-year-old Spice Girl showed off her toned physique in her new music video, demonstrating the results of her recent workouts.
She debuted her new song, ‘Sweat,’ on Friday and showcased her impressively fit body in the accompanying music video.
The singer, known for her athleticism, was filmed doing different exercises while wearing high heels.
Mel looked effortlessly chic in a sports bra and oversized sunglasses while cycling on an exercise bike.
Mel was seen wearing a workout outfit from Bondi Active, including £54 shorts and a £42 sports bra.

She changed into comfortable clothes for her workout, opting for grey sweatpants and a crop top.
The songstress will release her ninth studio album, Sweat, on 1st May 2026 via Virgin Music Group.
The singer dropped the title track of her new album on Friday and is scheduled to perform a special concert at O2 Academy Brixton on October 23, 2026.
Sweat is an energetic dance song that uses a sample from Diana Ross’s ‘Work That Body’ and accompanies a classic strength training workout.
The new project is coming out after she shared that the Spice Girls have different WhatsApp groups, a sign of ongoing disagreements between them.
The Spice Girls – Victoria Beckham, Gerri Halliwell-Horner, Melanie Brown, and Emma Bunton – originally got together in 1994 and disbanded in 2000.
Mel recently met up with Emma Bunton, also known as Baby Spice, on Heart Radio. Emma was filling in for Amanda Holden and co-hosting the show with Jamie Theakston when they connected.
Jamie, who is 54, inquired about a WhatsApp group chat. The singer responded that multiple groups exist, and jokingly added, ‘I’m not even in one of them!’

Even as Emma tried to end the conversation in other chat groups, Sporty Spice quickly responded with a firm ‘Yes, absolutely!’
The pair then said live on air that they are not in groups where either of them aren’t included.
Mel C pointed out to her that she’s the only Spice Girl not included in the group chat for the Spice Girls, and probably the only person ever in that situation.
She added: ‘Because obviously there’s ones without the others now, I’ve let that slip.’
This news follows well-known disagreements among the five members of the Spice Girls, which have been public since the group first came together.

I was really saddened to learn, through Victoria’s recent Netflix documentary, about something Mel B said to her. Apparently, Mel told Victoria, ‘don’t forget where you’ve come from,’ and it genuinely hurt her feelings. It was upsetting to hear that something meant to be a reminder came across so negatively.
The Daily Mail reported that Geri, 53, cancelled plans for a new tour because she was frustrated with ongoing subtle criticisms from Mel B and didn’t want to perform with her anymore.
After Geri Halliwell left the Spice Girls during their 1998 world tour, Melanie C publicly called her lacking in talent.
I remember watching CD: UK back in 2003, and Cat Deeley actually asked her about Geri giving her opinions on other pop stars. That’s when she made the comment!
