Spencer Matthews admits he’s ‘so proud’ of wife Vogue Williams and has been watching her in I’m A Celeb ‘as much as he can’ amid his gruelling Ironman triathlons

Oh my gosh, I’m seriously living for Vogue Williams on I’m A Celebrity! And Spencer Matthews? He just seems SO proud of her, which is adorable! He said he is, and honestly, I get it – she’s absolutely smashing it in the jungle, and I’m obsessed with watching her!

The 37-year-old TV star is currently attempting a huge challenge: finishing an Ironman triathlon on every continent – seven in total – within just 21 days.

Spencer shared that he’s been trying to watch Vogue whenever possible while facing his challenges, and also expressed how much he misses his wife, who is 40 years old.

He shared on Instagram how incredibly proud he is of his partner, saying he couldn’t love her any more. He admires everything she does, both currently and always.

I was really impressed when I first met her, and wanting to emulate her positive qualities pushed me to grow as a person. I honestly don’t think I’d be where I am today without her influence – I owe a lot of my accomplishments to her.

Everything I heard today brought her to mind. I keep catching myself wanting to call and share what’s happening in my life, but then I remember we’re not speaking, and it instantly makes me feel down. It’s just strange and upsetting not being able to talk to her.

I’m enjoying watching her adjust to life in the jungle and can’t help but smile as she becomes more confident.

She’s truly an exceptional person, and consistently brightens the lives of those around her.

This news follows a Daily Mail report that Spencer won’t be joining Vogue in Australia for a memorable photo opportunity on the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

He excitedly confirmed the rumor on social media, praising Vogue and stating, ‘I’m so glad we don’t have to avoid talking about this anymore – it’s true, she’s involved!’

Last week, the Daily Mail reported that model Vogue had arrived at Brisbane Airport, but her husband, Spencer, wasn’t with her.

Being separated also means the couple will miss their three young children – Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and three-year-old Otto – who will stay in London while their parents travel extensively.

Spencer, known for running 30 marathons in 30 days last year, won’t be able to watch the challenges on the show because he’s facing his own difficulties in the jungle. He also won’t find out if his ‘Project Seven’ is successful while he’s there.

According to a source, the timing isn’t ideal, but it couldn’t be helped. Both individuals have very full schedules, and neither could reschedule their existing commitments.

They admitted the timing wasn’t great, but sometimes schedules just don’t line up, and Vogue and Spencer were already booked.

Spencer really wants to be in Australia to support Vogue when she finishes her time on the show, but they both have prior commitments that unfortunately clash with each other’s schedules.

Spencer might complete his triathlon early, but it’s doubtful he’d be able to fly to Australia afterward.

Both parents will miss their children, who will remain in London for school. They’ll likely offer their support from a distance, and will be sure to watch their parents on TV when they appear in Vogue.
