Spacestation Gaming announces 2025 Halo roster, adding former OpTic and FaZe members

SpaceStation Gaming boasts their Halo team assembled for the 2025 HCS competition, aiming to secure consecutive world titles once again.

At last, the final major team has unveiled its lineup. Here’s a peek at OpTic Gaming, Complexity, Shopify, and others. Now, Spacestation Gaming has officially disclosed their players who will represent them in Halo Infinite during the 2025 HCS tournament.

Contrary to widespread speculation, Spacestation’s collapse seems to have been overstated, as they bring in two fresh faces from FaZe Clan and OpTic Gaming. This revamped roster has potential to defend their title as HCS world champions when the year concludes.

A look at the 2025 Spacestation Gaming Halo roster

In the year 2024, Spacestation Gaming dominated nearly every competition at the HCS event, consistently outperforming OpTic Gaming. This was evident in the Arlington Major, Atlanta Major, Salt Lake City Major, and the world championship tournament. Their victorious team consisted of:

  • Braedon “StelluR” Boettcher
  • Kevin “Eco” Smith
  • Adam “Bound” Gray
  • Kaci “Lqgend” Sabri

Here’s my take:

Indeed, both Bound and Legend departed from their previous teams to join OpTic. Guess it’s the old saying, “If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em.” This left one OpTic player in search of a new team, and another FaZe Clan member was looking for the same as they united under Spacestation’s 2025 Halo roster.

Welcome aboard to the two newest SSG Halo members:

  • Tommy “Lucid” Wilson
  • Paul “SnakeBite” Duarte

In 2022, Lucid and OpTic emerged victorious in the world championships, while SnakeBite with FaZe claimed the title in 2023. As we approach the 2025 HCS tournament, there’s sure to be some debate over which team will come out on top. However, one thing is clear: this Spacestation team is poised to become a formidable Halo squad.
