Game developer Compulsion Games recently unveiled a new story trailer for their upcoming title, “South of Midnight.” This game is a chilling Southern Gothic folktale where players assume the role of the supernatural weaver and enchanter, Hazel. The release date for this intriguing game has been set for April.
Embarking on an adventure within the muddied depths of a swampy landscape, I find myself, Hazel, drawn into a shadowy realm after a hurricane ravages my home, Prospero. In this enigmatic world, the lines between reality and fantasy blur, and a loquacious catfish serves as my compass.
On April 8th, you’ll have the chance to engage in combat with an assortment of bizarre and mythical creatures when “South of Midnight” debuts on Xbox Series X|S and PC.
