As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming under my belt, I’ve seen my fair share of third-person action-adventure games. But when it comes to South of Midnight, the latest offering from Xbox Game Studios and Compulsion Games, I’m more than intrigued. The swampy Southern Gothic folk tale with its bizarre creatures and macabre atmosphere has piqued my curiosity like a rusty hook in the murky depths of a haunted swamp.
Today, Xbox Game Studios and developer Compulsion Games have released a new documentary titled “South of Midnight,” providing a 30-minute glimpse into the third-person action-adventure game created by the minds behind “We Happy Few” and “Contrast.
