Sora Guide & Analysis – Should You Pull?
Overview
- Huge heal from burst
- 40s CD necessitates a second burst I
- Attack buff from s2 doesn’t stack unlike the excess healing buff, massively reducing potential.
- Dispel being attached to a long cooldown from burst makes it way too situational compared to other dispels.
- A kit this basic on an SSR in 2025? What an unpleasant surprise.
- Great for artwork, at least.

Sora serves as a Wind Supporter unit that predominantly focuses on healing. Her basic ability (S1) and burst ability offer substantial healing capabilities, capable of restoring approximately 70% of her maximum health points. Additionally, these abilities can cleanse all allies, making it useful in certain situations, although such instances are typically limited to PvP scenarios.
Regrettably for Sora’s performance in Player vs Player matches, her burst generation is similar to that of a typical rocket launcher. Other characters with greater burst generation might need to compensate if they aim to utilize Sora effectively in this setting.
A 40-second cool down on the burst ability significantly impacts team compositions, because it often necessitates an additional character with a similar cool down, which means another unit dedicated solely to this role in the team.
Sora enhances health and offensive abilities when a part is destroyed, offering an accumulative healing boost and a constant attack enhancement. These effects persist for a reasonable timeframe, but they’re only triggered during battles with boss characters.

Skill 1: Boarding Procedure
■ Activates when entering battle. Affects self.
Potency of HP granted ▲35.2% continuously.
A large, persistent boost to her healing ability ensures that her burst heal consistently exceeds its stated value. When these effects are combined, her health recovery equates to roughly 70% of her maximum health points being restored during the healing process.
Skill 2: Secret Carry-On
This ability triggers when you or an ally eliminates a part of an enemy. For the next 15 seconds, it boosts all allies’ attack power by 23.74% of the caster’s own attack power. Additionally, any extra healing that the caster receives is stored, up to a maximum of 5 times, for a duration of 15 seconds, representing up to 5.36% of their maximum health. This stored energy enhances the caster’s attack power further.
When a boss’ portion breaks, allies gain an enhanced attack capability and can save any extra healing they get as surplus healing. However, it’s worth noting that the attack boost doesn’t accumulate, whereas the surplus healing does.
Compared to buffs like those from Marciana or Maid Anchor, the overheal buff here isn’t as substantial because it doesn’t provide as large an overheal boost without any prerequisites for stacking.
Burst: Closely Carried Secret
■ Affects all allies.
Recovers 52.27% of the caster’s final max HP as HP.
Dispels 1 debuff(s).
Provides a significant healing effect and a basic cleanse. Unlike other cleanses in the game, Sora’s has a 40-second cooldown, making it more advantageous for her to use her burst for the healing it offers, as it delivers one of the largest instant heals in the game, particularly when paired with her S1.
Regrettably, the healing ability also comes with a 40-second cool down, implying that although it might rescue you on one occasion, it won’t always be ready for immediate reuse when another healing opportunity arises, unlike other healing options that may not be as powerful but can be utilized more frequently.
Campaign
In most cases during the campaign, massive healing is seldom required. The enemies’ attacks are usually manageable with smaller heal options, and when we find ourselves at a disadvantage, it’s more effective to attack rather than focus on defense. Preemptively defeating opponents before they can harm us is the ideal strategy, however, Sora won’t offer significant assistance in this regard.
Arena
In a fast-paced competitive environment like PvP, Sora’s abilities seem particularly effective because they highlight her strengths more than her weaknesses. When teamed with allies who have strong burst generation capabilities to compensate for Sora’s standard Realm burst generation, Sora’s massive healing potential can shine during a burst sequence.
It’s worth mentioning that since there are no breakable components in Player vs Player (PvP), Sora’s skill 2 won’t trigger or become active during PvP matches.
Special Interception | Union Raid | Solo Raid
In simpler terms, Sora’s healing ability has a 40-second wait time before it can be used again. This might not be sufficient to counteract the damage a boss consistently inflicts, especially during raids where heals need to match the boss’ high rate of damage output. Frequently usable healing abilities often perform better in such situations.
In a scenario where you’re up against monsters similar to Black Snake or Behemoth, Sora’s quick, powerful heal with the added dispel ability might prove useful. However, in general, Sora’s healing, while having high value, doesn’t seem exceptionally superior to other healing abilities because of its cooldown period.
Teams
Sora doesn’t have a specific team setup for cooperative play (PvE), as her role primarily lies in delivering large heals when needed, and she’s quite adaptable to different situations.
Strengths
- Huge heal combined with dispel.
- Okay attack buff and overheal upon parts breaking.
- Fast-ish reload for a rocket launcher.
- Great design
- Jiggly
- I ran out of stuff to say here.
Weaknesses
- Long, 40s cooldown on the heal and dispel.
- A second B1 is necessary to fit her in a team.
- Overheal value is weak and has to be stacked.
- Attack buff and overheal only activates upon parts breaking.
- Standard burst gen means other allies will have to make up for Sora’s burst gen in PvP.

Recommended Cubes
Strengthening Focus: This is her key advantage; it’s wise to emphasize it further. The accumulation of stacks boosts her skill 1 healing, resulting in an even more substantial burst heal.
Or,
Healing Amplification: This is her major strength; investing more into it will be beneficial. Accumulating stacks enhances the healing from her S1, making the burst heal even larger.
Should you pull?
Absolutely, save or add to your wishlist. If you’re a fan of Player vs Player (PvP), she might not be useful in other situations, as she is primarily effective in the Champion Arena where 25 units are required. In standard Special Arena or Rookie Arena, there are already plenty of excellent PvP units to prioritize using over Sora.

---|---|---|---|---|---|
Sora | Skill 1: 1 Skill 2: 1 Burst: 1 | Skill 1: 4 Skill 2: 1 Burst: 4 | S1 > S2 | Skill 1 increases the healing she takes. That’s it. Skill 2 has some overheal and attack buff upon part break which doesn’t activate on all bosses. Burst heals alot and provides a debuff dispell, unfortunately on a 40s cooldown | Low |
