Sophie Cachia is offering her extensively remodeled house in Tullamarine up for sale, with an asking price close to $1 million, as she embarks on a fresh journey together with AFLW star, Madison Prespakis.

Located in the north-western part of Melbourne, this spacious four-bedroom house is anticipated to be auctioned off next month, with an estimated selling price between $900,000 and $990,000.

The stylish residence was purchased in 2021 and completely overhauled under Sophie’s direction.

This space showcases a bold black-and-white color scheme, boasts luxury kitchen appliances, offers a modern designer kitchen layout, and includes a spacious master suite with dual vanities, a large shower, and a child-friendly custom-made stairway.

In simpler terms, the social media personality from Melbourne is getting rid of her current property so she can move forward in her romantic journey with Prespakis, as they work towards buying their ideal home jointly.

Maddy and I are certainly planning on purchasing a property jointly. This isn’t about making a statement to others; rather, it’s because our goals and desires align perfectly. She shared this insight with Realestate.com.au.

‘It doesn’t matter if we’re close to family or at the beach; what truly counts is our time spent together.’

This Tullamarine residence boasts two distinct living spaces, a secure entrance enclosed by gates, built-in kitchen appliances, a generous walk-in wardrobe, and a sizable backyard complete with a swimming pool.

The primary bathroom is particularly noteworthy, boasting stylish designer tiles, an elegant free-standing bathtub, and opulent floor-to-ceiling refinements; these elements are included in the house’s comprehensive head-to-toe remodeling project.

Sophie collaborated intimately with an interior designer to realize her dream decor, and the house will be put up for bidding this coming Saturday, August 23rd.

The well-known influencer, sharing custody of three kids and boasting over 300,000 fans on Instagram and TikTok, stated that the house served as a sanctuary throughout a period of her personal development.

‘That whole front section of the house became a sanctuary. I’ll miss it so much,’ she said. 

It comes after Sophie hinted at plans to marry her girlfriend Madison.

In December, a 34-year-old woman who was previously associated with the AFL (Australian Football League) and a 24-year-old AFLW player publicly revealed their relationship on Instagram. This revelation occurred just a month before Sophie gave birth to her third child, Esmé, via intrauterine insemination (IUI).

And it seems, things are already getting serious between the couple.

In June, Sophie didn’t hesitate to answer a fan’s question on her Instagram Stories about remarriage: “Have you ever thought about getting married again?

‘Absolutely,’ she said. ‘With every part of my soul.’

In my own words, let me clarify this: “I’m not currently hitched, nor am I betrothed, to anyone special.

I never leave home without donning these special rings – they’re my treasured rings, you see. If given the chance, I’d tie the knot tomorrow, wearing these very rings.

In the video, Sophie’s attire included a substantial sapphire and diamond ring that might have been mistaken for an engagement ring.

Since her divorce from AFL star Jarryd Cachia in 2019, Sophie has been involved in multiple prominent relationships with well-known female athletes. She is the mother of a 10-year-old son named Bobby and a 7-year-old daughter, Florence.

She was married to Jaryd  from October 2015 to September 2019 after welcoming their two children. 

Since their split, she has struck up several back-to-back romances with high-profile sportswomen.

Initially, she was in a relationship with Alanna Kennedy from Matildas soccer team. Later, she had a short-term engagement with Maddie Garrick who is known for WNBL. Subsequently, she spent a year in a romance with Sophie Van De Heuvel, an AFLW star.
