In the newest version of the video game transformation, Sonic, along with his companions, squares off against Shadow, who is voiced by Keanu Reeves. Interestingly, they find themselves working together with Dr. Robotnik, portrayed by Jim Carrey.
Based on comments on social media by critics who watched the film, it appears that the sequel has been well-received, particularly for Jim Carrey’s acting performance and the movie’s powerful emotional impact.

In U.S. movie theaters, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 hits the screens on December 20, while it premieres in UK cinemas a day later, on December 21.
