At the 2025 SAG Awards held in Los Angeles on Sunday night, Ariana Grande’s slender figure raised worries among fans about her health.

31-year-old actress from “The Wicked,” who was nominated for Best Supporting Actress, showed off her remarkably slender figure on the red carpet in a sleeveless flowery dress.

Ariana stood gracefully with a corseted dress that trailed behind her, revealing her slender arms and shoulders, while striking poses for the photographers.

Concerned fans turned to X to voice their worries, with one pleading for the singer’s family members to step in and help.

It seems Ariana Grande needs help, something definitely isn’t okay. She appears to be losing weight excessively and her speech is slow, which makes me concerned as a fan.

I wish for Ariana’s wellness and good health. Additionally, I hope she finds an appropriate balance in her diet, leading to a healthy weight gain. It is important for women to appreciate their bodies without resorting to extreme dieting. One day, I aspire to see a society where women are admired for their healthiness rather than being overly thin.

A new photo taken at the BAFTAs last week, showing Ariana looking unusually slim, has reignited discussions about her health.

One Reddit user expressed their concern by saying, ‘I truly wish she’s alright, as I genuinely couldn’t handle it if I were in her situation and my body was constantly subjected to such discussions.’ The controversial image, since removed, was initially shared on the site.

Each fresh snapshot leaves me in awe, as if the moment were brand new. Yet, it only serves to deepen my sorrow.

During the promotional tour for the blockbuster movie “Wicked,” where she played the character Glinda, there was constant debate about the Grammy-winning singer’s physical attributes.

Medical experts have often cautioned that an adult showing signs such as a prominent chest bone (sternum) and hollow cheeks could indicate potential health issues, like malnutrition. This has led to discussions about possible health concerns for her.

In December, Ariana opened up emotionally to journalist Salima Jeanne Poumbga (known as Sally) about the persistent online debates concerning her weight.

The performer who gained prominence on Nickelodeon’s Victorious in 2010 stated: ‘Ever since I was around 16 or 17 years old, I’ve been performing in front of an audience and under public scrutiny. I’ve heard every opinion there is to hear.’

I’ve listened to all the perspectives about my issues, but once they’re addressed, new problems crop up. It seems like no matter what, something is always amiss.

Protecting oneself from such a disturbance can be quite challenging, as its discomfort level remains consistent regardless of the intensity or context.

Regardless of the occasion, such as a Thanksgiving dinner, it can be awkward and unpleasant when someone’s grandmother asks questions like, “You look skinnier, what happened?” or “You look heavier, what happened?” These comments can feel uncomfortable regardless of their context or magnitude.

In contemporary society, it’s essential to refrain from making comments about other people’s physical appearances, personal beliefs, private matters, or self-expression styles, as such topics may be sensitive and inappropriate.

She mentioned that she’s grateful for having a strong support system, which gives her confidence in knowing and believing that she is attractive.

The 31st Screen Actors Guild Awards clarified the road to the Oscars and ended with upset wins.

Demi Moore solidified her return to prominence as she claimed the title of Outstanding Female Lead Actress, while Timothée Chalamet stunned awards predictors by winning the Male Lead Actor award for his portrayal of Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown.

Demi managed to secure the role in Gia Coppola’s The Last Showgirl, outperforming Pamela Anderson, who had aspired for a comeback victory, following her initial SAG Award nomination, marking the first time she received such recognition.

The conclave further cemented its awards-season triumph by securing the last accolade of the evening, namely the award for Best Cast in a Movie, for the dramatic film focusing on the papal election, titled “Conclave”.

The SAG Awards were held Sunday night at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles.

For the second consecutive year, the annual event, led by renowned actress Kristen Bell, was broadcast live on Netflix, marking its second appearance on their platform.

The Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) introduced it, and it’s unique in that it’s the only awards ceremony broadcasted on television, specifically dedicated to honoring actors exclusively.

Over a lengthy event, a total of 13 awards were given out to recognize exceptional performances across film and television. These accolades were determined by the collective votes of more than 130,000 members from SAG-AFTRA.
