‘SNL’ Season 51 hosts include Bad Bunny, Amy Poehler and Sabrina Carpenter

“Saturday Night Live” is coming back soon, and Season 51 will feature some familiar faces hosting the show.

I’m so excited for the new season of SNL! Bad Bunny is kicking things off as host on October 4th, and I can’t wait to see what he does – he hosted and performed last year and was amazing. Plus, Doja Cat is going to be the musical guest, which is a huge deal because it’s her very first time on the show! I’m already counting down the days.

This week’s show featured a performance and hosting gig by a Latin trap artist, with special appearances by Pedro Pascal, Mick Jagger, Fred Armisen, and Lady Gaga.

Amy Poehler will host “Saturday Night Live” again on October 11th, marking her second time as a solo host (she previously co-hosted with Tina Fey in 2015). Making his first appearance on the show will be singer Role Model, who will join her as the musical guest.

Sabrina Carpenter is set to host and perform on October 18th, making her hosting debut. She’s been on the show as a musical guest before, and also recently appeared in a sketch during the 50th anniversary celebration, even performing with Paul Simon at the start of the show.

Season 51 of the long-running comedy show will welcome five new cast members: Tommy Brennan, Jeremy Culhane, Ben Marshall, Kam Patterson, and Veronika Slowikowska. Ben Marshall is already familiar with the show, having previously worked as a writer and gained popularity with his appearances in the Please Don’t Destroy group.

The show is also saying goodbye to several familiar faces, including Ego Nwodim, Heidi Gardner, Michael Longfellow, Devon Walker, and Emil Wakim.
