A fresh glimpse into the fifth season of “Only Murders in the Building” has been revealed, featuring Renée Zellweger portraying her role.
The multiple Oscar-winning actor has just been verified to be part of the upcoming season of the murder-mystery show, and currently, they are filming in New York City.
Recently, unveiled backstage snaps reveal Renee Zellweger’s character sporting a stylish strawberry blonde hairstyle, accompanied by a pristine white coat and matching white gloves. In these images, she can also be seen engaging with co-star Bobby Cannavale.

In the fifth season, Renee Zellweger will be teaming up with other fresh faces, including Christoph Waltz, Keegan-Michael Key, Logan Lerman, and Beanie Feldstein.
In the upcoming installment, the beloved detective team of Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez (as Charles-Haden Savage, Oliver Putnam, and Mabel Mora) will return to solve more mysteries together.
Recently, Zellweger featured in the fourth Bridget Jones movie titled “Mad About the Boy,” hinting earlier this year that there might be more adventures for her cherished character to come.
She shared with Deadline, “I instinctively felt a deep affection for her. She had the ability to make me smile, stir emotions within me, and win me over with her captivating charm.
She emphasized that she wouldn’t abandon the character, hinting playfully: “Perhaps one day, author Helen Fielding will find inspiration and decide to reveal more about Bridget through her stories once more.
