‘Small, pathetic men – it’s embarrassing’: Molly-Mae Hague’s sister Zoe confronts a group of builders for wolf whistling at her while on a solo run

Molly-Mae Hague’s sister, Zoe Rae, shared a TikTok video showing her confronting builders who whistled at her while she was running alone on Monday evening.

The 28-year-old influencer expressed her frustration, saying she’s tired of being harassed while running alone. She was upset after three men twice whistled at her during a run, which she described as a negative experience.

Zoe announced to the camera that she planned to confront the builders, angrily accusing them of being inconsiderate and having unfulfilling lives.

At the beginning of the video, she shared that two construction workers had whistled at her twice, and she was going to address them because she’d had enough of it.

‘This is the reason I don’t like running by myself.’

Shouting up to the builders as they worked on a roof, Zoe said: ‘You know it’s embarrassing yeah?!’

As they tried to explain themselves, she kept saying, ‘I don’t care, but why are you acting this way? It’s really humiliating.’

‘It wasn’t us’, they claimed.

She responded, clearly flustered, “It was definitely you two – who else could it be? This is so embarrassing!”

Oh my god, did you hear what Zoe said, pretending to be one of the workers? She was all, “It wasn’t us, it wasn’t us!” but it SO was, right?! It totally was! And then she just… taunted them! Like, “You won’t do it now, will ya? Will you?!” It was just… so embarrassing for them, but honestly, amazing. I’m obsessed with this whole thing.

Zoe, wearing a navy running jacket, leggings, and a headband, brushed off the unwanted attention she received while running. She continued her workout, saying she couldn’t understand why anyone would whistle at her, especially since she felt she didn’t look her best.

She admitted she often feels the urge to challenge people when they start running, but she’s realized it rarely leads to a positive outcome.

It’s funny, because honestly, I probably look worse than I ever have. So, don’t think you’re getting away with this because I look good!

It’s frustrating to see you act this way, seemingly just to bother people who are trying to live their lives. It really gets under my skin.

‘Having a great time though, so running home now which will be 6km’.

She captioned the post: ‘Maybe they’ll think twice next time hehe x’.

People immediately flooded the comments section with praise for Zoe, thanking her for defending all women. Others urged her to identify the construction workers’ employer and report them to Human Resources.

We want to express our gratitude and support for Zoe! What happened is awful, and we really appreciate her speaking up.

They were shocked when I didn’t accept being harassed. Because of constant street harassment, I’ve stopped running altogether – it’s incredibly embarrassing and makes you want to disappear.

I hope those involved were left feeling awkward and uncomfortable for the rest of the workday. Please investigate the company involved and contact their Human Resources department.

It’s okay to challenge men who have made you feel uneasy, and we support Zoe for doing just that.

It’s awful that women have to fear running alone because of men who don’t respect boundaries or think harassment is funny. We support you, Zo!

Zoe and her husband, Danny Rae, have recently moved into their new home. They had been living with Zoe’s sister, Molly, at her £4 million Cheshire mansion since March.

The influencer and her husband, both 30 years old, announced they’ve found their dream home, giving fans a peek on social media.

Danny lifted Zoe into the air, and she excitedly threw her arms up while they posed for a picture in their beautiful white kitchen. The kitchen featured a center island and gleaming hardwood floors, and the couple looked incredibly happy.

In a separate photo, the couple—who haven’t yet furnished their downstairs—were shown relaxing in deck chairs, watching TV on a laptop in their new living room.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always impressed when people truly invest in their well-being, and this couple really takes the cake! Both fitness influencers and Hyrox competitors, they recently upgraded their home with a stunning luxury gym. Danny gave me a peek, and it’s seriously decked out – think a full weight room, a treadmill, a SkiErg, and these incredible floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s the perfect space to train and stay motivated!

This news follows Molly’s announcement on Instagram that she’ll be spending Christmas away from her family for the first time.

Molly-Mae Hague, 26, shared that she and her daughter, Bambi, will be celebrating the day with her partner Tommy Fury’s family. She usually spends this day with her own parents and sister.

Molly revealed her Christmas Day plans while answering questions from her followers. Someone had asked her what she was doing for the holiday.

She shared a photo of her huge Christmas tree and explained she was celebrating with Tommy’s family in their new home.

I’m feeling a bit down about not being with my family for Christmas this year, as it’s always been a tradition. But with Zoe and Danny recently moving into a new place, and my Nana being 90 and not well enough to travel from Manchester, it just wasn’t possible this time.

Molly said she was excited to make lunch and then joked that Bambi had been challenging lately, behaving like a rebellious teenager.
