Slow Horses season 4 and more to stream on Apple TV+ in September 2024

As a hardcore Apple TV+ enthusiast with a soft spot for gripping narratives and international flair, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming releases in September 2024!

Moving from “Presumed Innocent” to “Constellation”, Apple TV+’s offerings in 2024 have been some of the standout shows. However, the year is far from over! In fact, the best part of the year, Fall TV, is just around the corner! What does the streamer Apple TV+ have planned for us in September 2024? Let’s take a look at some exciting upcoming releases!

Commencing the month of September, we’re excited to announce that Slow Horses season 4 will be released on Sept. 4. This captivating series, masterminded by Mick Herron, features Gary Oldman, Jack Lowden, Kristin Scott Thomas, Saskia Reeves, and more talented stars. Since its premiere in April 2022, Slow Horses has become one of Apple TV+’s most popular shows, garnering a significant fanbase. The narrative revolves around a group of individuals who were unable to complete a mission for the MI5 but were not terminated, instead finding themselves in a sort of bureaucratic limbo – what Apple TV+ refers to as “administrative purgatory.”

1. It’s best to avoid joining this department, especially if your superior deliberately mistreats you in an attempt for you to resign. However, this team is known to be challenging! Just a heads up, we won’t give away any secrets about season 4 as there might still be some viewers who haven’t caught up. But remember, the new season starts on Sept. 4 with the premiere episode, followed by weekly episodes.

What to watch on Apple TV+ in September 2024

  • Slow Horses season 4, Sept. 4
  • La Maison, Sept. 20
  • Midnight Family season 1, Sept. 25
  • Wolf, Sept. 27 (movie)

Toward the end of this month, gear up to brush up on your high school French with the debut of “La Maison,” a 10-episode French-language drama. The initial installments will air on September 20, with new episodes being released every week until the concluding episode on November 15. Starring Lambert Wilson, Amira Casar, and Carole Bouquet, “La Maison” is set in the cutthroat and ruinous world of fashion, where two families battle for dominance over their business.

Another foreign series worth watching is Midnight Family (or Familia de Medianoche, in Spanish). Inspired by the documentary of the same name, the series follows Marigaby Tamayo, a medical student by day and lifesaver by night. Marigaby, portrayed by Renata Vaca, and her family drive through the streets of Mexico City at night looking for anyone who needs their help. Watch Midnight Family starting Sept. 25.
