Skye Wheatley has announced that she and Lachlan Waugh have ended their seven-year relationship.
The reality TV personality shared on the Skye & Callum podcast that she and the owner of The Shopfit Co are temporarily separating, but will continue to raise their two sons, Forest, age six, and Bear, age four, together.
The 31-year-old revealed on her podcast, co-hosted with Callum Hole from Love Island, that she and her partner have taken short breaks from each other before, but this time apart is the longest they’ve experienced.
She revealed that they had split up, but are now focused on raising their children together.
Honestly, it’s been so tough watching Skye and their partner go through this. They’ve been dealing with *so* much all at once – the pressure of work, raising young kids, a house renovation, *and* running a business. It’s really taken a strain on them, and they’ve admitted it’s gotten to the point where they’ve been struggling to connect and truly understand each other. It’s heartbreaking, but understandable given everything they’re juggling.
We normally take short breaks to recharge, and then get back to things. But this time, this separation as co-parents has been much longer than any we’ve had before.

The former Big Brother contestant became emotional, admitting she and Lachlan, 34, had come dangerously close to breaking up for good.
She explained how hard it was to co-parent and maintain a household while separated, especially with children involved.
It was brutal, honestly. We basically went no-contact except for stuff about the kids – quick chats, you know? But living in the same house while trying to give each other space? It was *so* hard. Like, completely impossible to ignore each other, even when we wanted to.
In the segment, Skye rocked a new look, wearing a pink wig with choppy fringe.
The social media influencer, wearing a little black dress, tearfully revealed she was ending her relationship.
Rumours of a rift between the couple first began circulating in September.
Fans noticed the influencer hadn’t mentioned her partner, Lachlan, on social media for over two months, leading to speculation about their relationship.
With her recent posts focusing on raising their children, eagle-eyed fans were quick to speculate.

Skye suggested she and her partner had broken up while on Instagram Live, and seemed to be under the influence of alcohol at the time.
Skye responded to a fan who asked whether Lachy had cheated on her.
‘I don’t know, maybe,’ the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here winner replied.
Skye’s sister, Kahla, quickly responded to the rumors while watching the live stream, commenting that she didn’t think Lachy would be unfaithful.
