Skye Wheatley admits to taking ADHD medication without a prescription – as she flaunts her insane figure in several skimpy bikinis
I find myself deeply troubled by Skye’s story. Here is a woman who, despite facing numerous challenges due to her ADHD, manages to juggle motherhood, a successful social media career, and personal relationships with remarkable resilience. Her struggles are not just about packing bags or following initial commands; they reflect the constant internal battle she faces every day.
Skye Wheatley has shared that she took ADHD medication that was not prescribed to her.
30-year-old celebrity from Big Brother openly shares her struggles with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), a condition she was diagnosed with at an early age, by discussing it online frequently.
She has previously mentioned that she does not take any medication for it.
On Tuesday, the influencer posted on Instagram that she was testing out her friend’s medication to determine if it improves her mental wellbeing.
Skye, who confessed in October that she likely suffers from some form of mental illness and disclosed her struggle with body dysmorphia, didn’t elaborate on the specific medication she’s currently experimenting with.
She posted a mirror selfie with two laugh-crying emojis and wrote, ‘I just took an ADHD medication to observe its effects. I’m still finding myself getting distracted, so I’ll let you know how it turns out for me.’
‘I want to clean the whole house hopefully it gets it done faster.’
Earlier today, the previous reality TV participant underwent a session of non-invasive cosmetic procedures aimed at decreasing fat cells and enhancing her abdominal muscles.
After arriving back home, I switched my attire for the occasion – a sleek black sports bralette, comfortable pajama shorts, and a cozy headband – all set and ready to delve into an extensive collection of Christmas gifts from diverse brands.
At that moment, Skye opted to try an ADHD medication without consulting a doctor, just to observe how it might influence her house cleaning tasks.
Skye put on several tiny bikinis that she received from SSWIM, an emerging Australian swimwear label aiming to make its mark in the highly competitive local market for bikinis.
Overwhelmed, Skye exclaimed, “Wow, this mirror is really dirty, I need to clean it, but wow, I just love how amazing I look in this little orange bikini!
In this latest post, the model donned a distinct cherry red swimsuit that offered minimal coverage, showcasing her poses gracefully without leaving much to one’s imagination.
In the triangle swimsuit, her chest was prominently visible. Meanwhile, she showcased her shapely hips and toned legs in the knotted bottoms hailing from an Australian swimwear brand called Somnium.
In the pictures, Skye stood with a phony tanning solution bottle, while her long, golden locks cascaded down like a mane.
Previously separated partner of Skye, Lachlan, came back to their Gold Coast residence to help unpack boxes and join her at the gym.
‘Trying to navigate life sans ADHD drugs,’ followed by several laughing emojis.
In 2022, Skye shared a document of her ADHD symptoms which revealed she struggled even as a child.
The text opens by detailing how Skye experienced academic, social, and learning challenges during her time at daycare, which persisted into her initial years at elementary school.
From a sociological perspective, it is noted that Skye enjoyed a close bond with her younger sibling and formed friendships quite effortlessly.
However, the statement also reveals that Skye frequently participated in potentially hazardous physical endeavors alongside her brother and engaged in intense, aggressive confrontations with him.
Additional characteristics of her ADHD were restlessness, outbursts of anger, speaking excessively, intruding on conversations, and intentionally behaving in ways that might irritate others.
It also said Skye struggles to comply with ‘initial commands’ 20 to 40 per cent of the time.
2019 saw the ex-Big Brother celebrity sharing insights on managing her Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as a parent.
Skye posted about her challenges on Instagram, mentioning that even basic tasks, such as preparing a baby’s bag for a holiday with the family, seem difficult for her.
She had previously stated that it might be challenging for individuals with ADHD to have babies compared to others due to their always active minds, as adding a baby into this equation would only make things more complex.
It’s as if I’ve been presented with an overwhelming surge of thoughts, tripling the load I had before, which was already quite substantial.
She shared that there’s a lot of confusion and disorder within her thoughts, and at times, it feels as if her mind might burst with intensity.
I find myself with quite a task ahead, as we’re off on a small family trip and I need to prepare not one, but two bags – one for me and one for Forest.
She mentioned that it’s challenging for her to pack just for herself, so organizing a bag for both herself and a child feels almost impossible given everything else on her mind.
She stated: “I seem to complicate things unnecessarily. It feels as if I’m constantly on the move, even when I might not be, it’s more about my overactive mind that keeps going and going. My thoughts rarely take a break.
Skye and her partner Lachlan met on Tinder back in 2017.
They have been together for five years and share two children – Forest, five, and Bear, three.
