Skai Jackson domestic battery case is DROPPED over lack of evidence after public altercation with boyfriend

The LA County District Attorney’s Office told us that they won’t pursue the case because Jackson has no prior criminal records.

The person claimed to be the victim, who is her boyfriend, appears unharmed and has not been willing to collaborate with investigators.

On a Wednesday, Skai tactfully sidestepped queries from fans regarding potential imprisonment, during her TikTok Live broadcast following her arrest on charges of alleged domestic battery. She re-entered the digital world that day.

During filming of the live broadcast, the star shifted conversation to other subjects, however, conspicuously chose to remain silent on the matter of the recent arrest.

As I perused a recent post on what was once called Twitter by Jackson, I noticed he was discussing an imminent TV endeavor. However, amidst the excitement, there were queries from followers concerning an alleged arrest of the actress.

One person posted on social media, ‘She’s responding to everything other than our questions,’ and another commented, ‘It seems like she has some connection with the prison system, girl?’ (or simply, ‘What’s up with you and the jailhouse, girl?’)

Another spectator inquired, “What was the reason for your imprisonment?” or alternatively, “Some commenters wrote ‘prison’ instead.”

Skai – who currently boasts 22 million followers on the platform – explained during the clip, ‘I have a TV show that I just filmed but I can’t say what it is yet.’

After the arrest, the star of Jessie has kept busy on social media platforms, and as of Wednesday, she’s back on Instagram.

Last Friday, Jackson was apprehended last week for a charge of domestic battery after an incident involving his boyfriend, allegedly.

She was apprehended at Universal CityWalk, Hollywood, California, following a scuffle that security personnel observed. The initial news of the arrest emerged from TMZ reports.

According to reports, security personnel held the couple following an incident where they witnessed Jackson pushing her partner, whose name has not been disclosed, at which point they contacted the local law enforcement.

Later in the same year, the actress withdrew the restraining order following Bregoli’s decision to seek treatment in a rehab facility due to past traumas and drug issues.

Although she’s back on social media and the charges against her have been dismissed, Jackson hasn’t spoken out publicly about her arrest yet.
