To mark the debut of KAWS:HOLIDAY in Bangkok, Siwilai has unveiled a restricted series of collectibles, modeled after the grand installation at Sanam Luang. The figurine portrays the COMPANION figure sitting on an Earth sculpture, tenderly cradling the Moon – echoing the 18-meter inflatable focal point that’s now on display.
The collectible comes in three color options – brown, gray, and black, standing at a height of 11 inches. Each variant embodies the reflective theme of generational bonding and nurturing that characterizes this recent stop on the worldwide KAWS:HOLIDAY journey.
On May 13th at 10:00 am, Thai collectors will be given exclusive, in-store access to the figure first, only at the SIWILAI Store located within Central Embassy. This unique event offers a special chance for fans residing in Thailand to buy the item directly and personally.
Starting May 13 at 11:00 am HKT, the release will be available online for international collectors at DDTStore, except for orders from Thailand and the United States. If you’re a customer in the U.S., you can get the figure a day earlier on May 12 at 12:00 pm EDT through KAWSONE. However, delivery will be limited to addresses within the U.S. only.
Alongside the collectible figurine, a variety of exclusive KAWS:HOLIDAY THAILAND merchandise will also be up for grabs. This includes clothing items, accessories, and other lifestyle products, all adorned with artwork that reflects the event’s distinctive theme. These items will be available through selected retailers like SIWILAI and online outlets, while stocks last.
The launch is happening as an extension of KAWS’ joint work with AllRightsReserved and Central Embassy, combining modern art with traditional culture at the historic Sanam Luang site. Alongside the collectible figure, a line of exclusive KAWS:HOLIDAY THAILAND merchandise will be available, encompassing apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products, all adorned with art related to the event’s distinctive theme.
