Dan McGrath, the Emmy-winning writer known for his work on shows like The Simpsons, Saturday Night Live, King of the Hill, and Gravity Falls, passed away on November 14, 2025, at the age of 61.
McGrath was a highly respected writer who received an Emmy Award in 1997 for the Simpsons episode, Homer’s Phobia. He also earned an Emmy nomination in 1992 for his contributions to Saturday Night Live.
