Simone Holtznagel shares a very telling post about her split with celebrity trainer Jono Castano

This woman, who has graced runways and magazine covers, now faces a more significant challenge – motherhood and the aftermath of a heartbreaking relationship. The way she handles this transition is nothing short of inspiring.

Simone Holtznagel has hinted that she is well and truly over her ex Jono Castano.

31-year-old model parted ways with her ex-boyfriend, who is also 33 years old, on Easter Sunday. This decision came only nine weeks after the arrival of their newborn daughter, Gia.

On Wednesday, Simone posted an insightful message on her Instagram story, suggesting that Jono had moved out of her life’s focus or perspective.

The blonde beauty shared a photo that showed two cards from a deck of Beyond Words cards.

The deck holds 52 cards, each showcasing thought-provoking quotes, beautifully illustrated by the talented artist See Aiche.

Simone’s photo showed one card face down, and another bearing a quote from an ‘unknown’ source.

The quote read: ‘The best revenge is no revenge. Move on, be happy.’

The post seemed to be a subtle remark concerning her relationship with Jono, five months following their breakup.

In July, Jono publicly announced their separation to Daily Mail Australia. Since then, Simone has been raising Gia on her own and subtly mentioned that she couldn’t alter the person she was in love with.

She shared with Stellar, “What changed for me was a desire to show my daughter an example, specifically.

‘One day I was like, “What am I doing? This isn’t right. 

‘And I would hate if she was ever in this situation.’

She continued: ‘You have to do what is right for you at the end of the day.

Regardless of the number of pledges or other things people might say, always take note of their actions as they reveal their true nature. Trust accordingly.

‘Because you can’t change people.’ 

Additionally, Simone expressed satisfaction with raising Gia on her own and stated her belief that she made the correct decision in doing so.

‘I’ve never felt more sure of anything, and I know I can do it by myself. 

She mentioned that it was regrettable that she had to handle most of it on her own, but she honestly couldn’t come up with another solution for the time being.

I find what I’m doing feels incredibly suitable for me. Above all else, it matters greatly to me that Gia remains content and in good health, and that I am as well.

The pair began their relationship in the year 2022, several months following when Jono announced his separation from his long-term companion, Amy.

Once high school sweethearts, trainers Jono and Amy split up in 2021, marking the end of their 15-year relationship.

Last October, it was confirmed that Simone and Jono were anticipating their first child together, and on Easter Sunday, March 31st of this year, they happily welcomed their baby girl, Gia, into their family.

 Jono has since moved on with fashion designer Nilofar Khirzad.

The newly-formed pair made their relationship public on Instagram when Nilofar posted a picture showing them exchanging a kiss while spending an evening in Sydney’s eastern neighborhoods.

Initially, there were whispers about Jono potentially being in a new romance when people noticed him showing affection by liking and making playful comments on Nilofar’s Instagram posts.

On October 11, Nilofar showcased items from her label Khirzad in a post, where she modeled a burgundy blouse priced at $290 and an orange skirt worth $389. Underneath these images, Jono left a fire emoji as his comment.
