The model, who is also a mother, made an appearance at the exclusive unveiling of SMiZE & DREAM Ice Cream’s latest Sydney branch, which was established by famous American model Tyra Banks.

At the event, the 31-year-old woman held her ground confidently next to Tyra, both adorning black sweetheart gowns that accentuated their elegance and sophistication.

Simone accessorized her outfit with fitted, dark black jeans featuring a flared bell-bottom style and stylish gold sandals with straps.

For her makeup, she opted for a fresh, natural style accentuated by a delicate shade of pink lipstick. Her hair cascaded in loose, wavy curls.

Lately, there have been whispers about a possible romantic connection between the individual and Max Shepherd, former boyfriend of Dina Broadhurst, who is a property developer in the Eastern Suburbs.

As reported by The Sunday Telegraph, Simone was spotted getting close to Max at Justin Hemmes’ Silver Party charity event. This has sparked rumors suggesting they might be secretly in a relationship.

In the meantime, Max Shepherd, aged 32, has established a reputation within the real estate sector. Previously, he was associated with Broadhurst, a well-known artist from Sydney, recognized for her nude self-portraits and provocative artworks.

As Max and his former partner Dina are in the midst of selling their expensive Rose Bay apartment, a property they jointly acquired in 2022 for $5.2 million, it so happens that romantic feelings between them emerge.

Originally priced at a staggering $11.5 million following a lavish overhaul, this elegant two-bedroom, two-bathroom property was first put up for sale in November.

But six months on, the price has been slashed to $8.4 million, according to property records.

Presently, Simone’s younger sibling, Madeline Holtznagel, is in a relationship with Justin Hemmes – a prominent figure in the hospitality industry who serves as the CEO of Merivale, aged 51. Lately, they have become parents for the first time together.

Previously, Simone was in a relationship with celebrity fitness coach Jono, who is 34 years old. However, their romance came to an end towards the end of last year.

Since then, Jono has been seen in a new relationship with actress Emily Ryder, as they publicly displayed their bond on various social media platforms.

Recently, it was observed that Jono and Emily were seen savoring a special evening together at the Sydney Opera House.

The pair have reportedly been dating for several months and are taking things ‘very slowly’.

Friends report that Jono and Emily frequently engage in fitness activities and outdoor adventures as they both have a mutual interest in health and thrill-seeking, regularly exercising side by side.
