Lauren Silverman, Simon Cowell’s fiancée, shared her fitness secrets while showing off her workout look.
Hey everyone! I wanted to share a little peek into how I stay active. I posted on my Instagram Stories yesterday about my current workout routine – it’s something I’m really enjoying right now, and I thought you might like a look!
She posted a photo and video of herself doing a Tracy Anderson workout called MYMODE, which uses new eco-friendly equipment and training methods designed to maximize results.
I couldn’t believe my eyes when she walked in to teach! She was wearing this really revealing red and white crop top with leggings, and immediately started taking a selfie in the mirror. It was… a choice, honestly, and a bit distracting.
She also shared on social media that she had a fun time playing padel with her friends, captioning a post: ‘That was fun!’
In the photo, she wore a white crop top that showed off her flat stomach, paired with navy blue joggers.

Oh my gosh, you guys, Lauren finally talked about filming that Netflix show with Simon! And honestly? She said it was ‘terrifying’! I mean, I always knew it must have been stressful for them, but to hear her actually say that… it just breaks my heart! I’m so glad she’s opening up about it, even if it was a really tough experience for her.
The singer has been with Simon Cowell since 2013, and fans speculate they may have gotten married after she recently changed her Instagram username to include his name.
The couple initially met in Barbados in 2004, but their romantic relationship didn’t begin until about 2012. They had a son, Eric, in 2014, and became engaged in 2021.
Lauren recently shared her anxieties about the upcoming release of Simon’s Netflix show, especially since she appears in it frequently despite generally being a private person.
The new trailer revealed several moments with Lauren, including her worrying about her husband’s well-being and briefly leaving the set after a heated argument.
Lauren shared the trailer on social media Tuesday, marking her first-ever Instagram post. She explained that, being a private person, working on the project for the past two years has been a completely new experience for her.
We’ve all been working on this together as a family, and I’m incredibly proud of Simon and everyone involved.
It’s both scary and thrilling, and I’m really hoping everyone enjoys the series when it’s released on Netflix on December 10th! – Lauren X

Creating Britain’s next hit boy band has been challenging for Simon Cowell, so much so that he needed to be put on an IV drip, as shown in a preview of his new show, Simon Cowell: The Next Act.
He’s searching across the UK for exceptionally talented people for a six-part documentary series. The show will document the journey of hopefuls, starting with open auditions and culminating in the release of the group’s first song.
The streaming service promises viewers a complete look at Simon Cowell’s latest project, calling it an ‘all-access’ pass to everything that happens.
Even though I enjoy my current TV work, I really miss the early days of discovering and working with musicians,” Simon explains in the preview. “There’s a huge potential out there, and I’m determined to create the next big boyband.
The famously critical former TV judge admits the odds of finding what he’s looking for are low – less than 10 percent – and describes the process as chaotic.
Lauren seemed overwhelmed and, during a heated moment, asked for her microphone to be turned off. She then left while Simon was sitting nearby, looking unwell and receiving vitamins through an IV.
She insists she doesn’t complain, explaining she’s simply there for the person she loves, because that’s what loving someone means to her.
As she leaves, Simon is heard saying: ‘Oh Lauren.’
Lauren shared her worries about his health during a private conversation in the car, and he seemed visibly concerned.
I’ve noticed with Simon, his job isn’t just a way to pay the bills – it is his life. I gently told him, ‘You seem really tense,’ because he carries so much weight on his shoulders.
Lauren has good reason to be worried, considering everything they’ve been through together with his recent health struggles.
In August 2020, Simon suffered a broken back while test-riding an E-bike at his Malibu home. He underwent six hours of surgery to stabilize his spine with a metal rod and screws.
Two years later he broke his arm and was hospitalised when he crashed an E-bike in London.
The music manager, estimated to be worth £475 million, recently missed appearances on Britain’s Got Talent due to migraines. Stacey Solomon filled in for him temporarily before he rejoined the show’s judging panel.

As someone who’s spent years watching and nurturing new performers, I’ve seen a lot of talent come and go! Starting back in 2001, I’ve had the chance to be a judge on some really popular shows like Pop Idol, American Idol, Britain’s Got Talent, America’s Got Talent, and The X Factor. It’s been incredible to be a part of discovering the next big thing!
For 14 years, The X Factor had a huge impact on British music, launching the careers of major artists like One Direction, Leona Lewis, Little Mix, JLS, and Olly Murs.
With fewer people watching and reports of past contestants being mistreated, ITV said in 2021 that the show wouldn’t be returning for another season.
Simon, still actively seeking out the next breakout success, signed a major agreement with Netflix last year. He’s also stated that record labels aren’t discovering enough new talent, as aspiring artists face intense competition online.
