Silent Witness spoilers follow.
Emilia Fox has revealed the surprising show that she would “love” to appear on.
Currently, the actress is portraying Dr. Nikki Alexander in the BBC’s dramatic series “Silent Witness.” She assumed this role starting in 2004, following in the footsteps of previous leading actress Amanda Burton, who played Sam Ryan.
Although she’s been known for her extended tenure as a forensic pathologist on television, Fox has expressed her readiness to explore different TV opportunities, such as participating in the well-known dance competition show, Strictly Come Dancing.
“I really love watching reality TV,” the star told the Daily Mail. “I’d love to do Strictly.”

Fox expressed some concerns over the stressful nature of live performances, yet emphasized that she would eagerly seize the chance to learn and participate.
She mentioned that she enjoys the rehearsal phase, yet performing live makes her anxious. To be honest, she doubts her abilities in a live setting, but she would certainly think about giving it a try.

Besides binge-watching reality TV shows, I’ve found myself in the spotlight on a few entertaining reality programs too. You might have seen me on shows like “Celebrity Gogglebox,” where I shared my thoughts on other people’s TV moments, or maybe you’ve caught me on “Top Gear” and “Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.” Oh, and let’s not forget the classic “Blankety Blank.” It’s always a blast participating in these shows!
In this series titled “In the Footsteps of Killers“, she takes on the role as the host, working in tandem with Criminologist Professor David Wilson to delve into unsolved murder mysteries from the past.
Simultaneously, the long-running series “Silent Witness” has been renewed for its 29th season, continuing the storyline from the last finale. Actress Emilia Fox will return to her role alongside co-star David Caves, as newlywed characters Nikki and Jack find themselves in more dramatic cases.
Silent Witness airs on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
