Silent Witness viewers have shared praise for the show’s latest season finale.
The last two episodes from season 28, named “I Believe in Love”, were made available for streaming on BBC iPlayer yesterday evening, and the first one aired last night.
The plot unfolds around a tragic incident where six individuals lost their lives at a restaurant in Syria. Tonight, on BBC One, we will witness the conclusion, where characters Nikki Alexander, played by Emilia Fox, and Jack Hodgson, portrayed by David Caves, tie the knot. This exciting turn of events has left fans overjoyed.
In response to Fox’s Instagram post hinting at the finale, numerous individuals demonstrated excitement for the upcoming season, all while shedding tears over the current episode.
One fan expressed their delight by saying, “I adored every single episode in this series, but the last two were simply outstanding! It’s great to have Joe Absolom back on screen. He really excels at portraying such characters, and boy, does he have talent! I even shed a tear or two at the end! Xxx.
1. “Were there any other tears shed during the wedding episode? I certainly shed some, and I’m proud of it!” followed by, “That dress was breathtakingly beautiful – it’s exactly the kind I would choose.”
2. “Did everyone else get emotional during the wedding episode? I sure did, and I’m not ashamed to admit it!” followed by, “Oh, that dress was stunningly beautiful, a style I would absolutely love to wear.”
The third one exclaimed, “It’s been one of my favorites so far! Terrific, glad it ended well for you! See you for season 29! I can hardly wait.
1. The fourth person commented, “Simply fantastic! I’m really hoping for more of #SW29,” and the fifth expressed excitement with, “This is the best television show out there.” (Informal)
2. The fourth wrote, “It’s just marvelous! I truly hope we get another season of #SW29,” while the fifth praised it as, “The greatest TV series around.” (Formal)
It’s not the first occasion where fans have showered praises on this particular season. Earlier, there were fans who expressed their affection for the newly introduced characters, Harriet Maven portrayed by Maggie Steed and Kit Brooks played by Francesca Mills.
Viewers have praised “The Vanishing Point” storyline as one of the standout episodes of the series to date.
Silent Witness season 28 airs weekly on BBC One on Mondays and Tuesdays at 9pm.
