Sia Goes Barefaced in Viral Video, Shares Confidence Tips After Shocking Divorce News!
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I must say that this high-profile figure is widely recognized for her stunning wigs and intricate disguises. However, it’s quite uncommon to see her in a raw, natural light. Recently, she graced the digital world with an exceptionally fresh-faced image.
The singer/songwriter is one of the latest stars of the viral Confidence Heist Instagram page.
The account approaches passers-by to ask them ‘what makes you confident?’
David Carmi, who oversees the account, identified the celebrity in a completely transformed look as she strolled through the SoHo district of New York City, and seized the moment, walking up to her using his distinctive greeting.
With a natural charm, the makeup-free celebrity, known for some of the most popular pop songs from the last ten years, gleamed happily upon being questioned. She shared with David her secret, stating it was simply about spending time in front of a mirror.
Instead of the flamboyant, elaborate outfits she’s worn on stage for a decade, this star now sports a casual look with intricate braided blonde hair and a leather baseball cap. Can you identify who has adopted this more low-key style?
It’s music icon Sia!
As a devoted enthusiast, I share my journey of bolstering self-confidence, much like a shining star gracing viral videos. I disclose how I combat self-doubt by gazing into the mirror and instead, I whisper words of affirmation to counteract the negative thoughts swirling within me.
Sia explained to David that this technique involves reshaping your mind, suggesting he should list all the negative self-talk his brain produces, counter it with positive statements, and repeat these affirmations daily while looking in a mirror.
The star also gave some advice to her older self, declaring with a smile: ‘Live more now.’
Ten years after achieving stardom, the Australian singer explained her reason for concealing her face under wigs and unusual outfits.
She clarified on The Ellen Show that her reason for going to Target might be to purchase a hose, or simply because she may need to use the restroom. She added that if she needed to relieve herself while out and about, she could do so safely by the side of the road without worrying about being filmed.
After news broke that she had separated from her spouse Dan Bernad, following a two-year marriage, Sia has recently made a public appearance.
According to reports from DailyMail.com, Sia, whose full name is Sia Kate Isobelle Furler, disclosed in her divorce documents that she had a child in March of the year 2024.

Sia is requesting both the legal and physical guardianship of Somersault, while also allowing for visitation opportunities with Bernad.
49-year-old musician submitted divorce papers on March 19, marking an end to their 26-month marriage. Interestingly, the documents indicated that they’d parted ways just the previous day.
Prior to her marriage with Bernard, Sia had already become a mother to two adolescent boys in the year 2019. These young men were 18 years old then, on the verge of aging out of the foster care system.
In December 2021, they began their romantic journey together, and they exchanged marriage vows at a private ceremony held in the picturesque town of Portofino, Italy, in 2023.
In 2020, she expressed to GQ her intention to remain unmarried from that point forward, a decision prompted by her 2017 divorce from Erik Anders Lang, the golf documentary maker, with whom she had been married for just two years.
In the summer of 2014, Sia tied the knot with documentary filmmaker Lang in their residence located in Palm Springs, California. However, their marriage ended in a divorce two years later, in 2016.
At the start of her career Sia suffered enormous heartbreak which shaped her songs.
Around the end of the 90s, Sia relocated to London to live with her partner, Dan Pontifex. A few weeks afterward, while in Thailand, she learned about Pontifex’s tragic death due to a car accident that had taken place in London.

The 2001 album Healing Is Difficult, by Pontifex, explores her emotional state following the death of Dan, as expressed in a 2007 interview: “I was quite affected when Dan passed away. I couldn’t really experience any emotions.
Due to the profound sadness we all felt, I ended up heavily drinking and using substances for six long years straight. Regrettably, this prolonged period of excessive consumption persisted for me.
In 2008, she dated JD Samson and they split in 2011.
In 2009, when asked about her sexuality, she stated that she has historically dated both males and females, as well as anyone who falls between these categories. She emphasized that she doesn’t focus on a person’s gender, but rather values individuals as people. To describe herself, she chose the word ‘flexible.’
