In a new update for the game Honkai: Star Rail, they are introducing the Phase 2 banner which includes characters like Aglaea, Robin, Boothill, and Silver Wolf in Version 3.0. Similar to previous instances, HoYoverse has released a quad banner consisting of one newly launched character and three re-run characters. The Phase 2 Banners will go live on February 5, 2025, at noon (Server Time) and continue until February 25, 2025.

If you don’t have a specialized Quantum team, it would be wiser to bypass Silver Wolf and save your Stellar Jades for stronger characters instead.
