Shocking New Lawsuit Claims Diddy Assaulted Male Photographer
Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs is now facing another in a long list of lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault.
A well-known 55-year-old figure in the rap industry stands accused, as reported by DailyMail.com, of pressuring a male photographer into engaging in a sexual act, with the promise of helping boost his career.
In a lawsuit filed at the New York State Supreme Court, an individual known merely as ‘John Doe’ – who is a photographer – alleges that Diddy coerced him into performing oral sex during a commercial filming session, according to his claims.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d like to clarify my stance on the matter: Regardless of the lawsuits filed against me, especially those made anonymously, it is important to note that I have never engaged in any acts of sexual assault or sex trafficking, regardless of the gender or age of the individuals involved.
In today’s society, individuals have the ability to initiate lawsuits based on various grounds. However, it’s fortunate that we also possess a just and unbiased legal system designed to uncover the facts. Rest assured, Mr. Combs is optimistic about his chances in the courtroom.
The hip-hop artist, fresh from a court triumph in an unrelated case, has consistently refuted all claims of sexual misconduct levied against him in past lawsuits.

He has also denied all federal charges filed against him last year.
In the recently filed case, the claimant asserts that he was employed as a photographer for commercial productions when the alleged incident of assault happened during either 2022 or 2023.
Based on the records, the photographer claims he was working on set when Diddy was present during a significant advertising shoot. However, he doesn’t make it clear if Diddy was participating in the commercial or if his name was on the call sheet for that day, which outlined the scenes to be filmed and specified the actors and crew members needed.
The individual asserts that he was instructed to retrieve the rapper from his trailer during breaks, an extra duty occasionally assigned to him besides photography.
At present, Diddy, who’s being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn prior to his upcoming federal trial, is said to have spoken with a photographer previously, and subsequently asked him to enter his trailer.
Despite the rule that barred crew members from entering talent trailers, Doe asserts that he was persuaded to go inside following the rap executive who allegedly played down the restriction, hinting it could be advantageous for the plaintiff’s professional growth.
However, once he stepped inside the trailer, the unidentified individual asserted that Combs initiated unwanted sexual approaches towards him, followed by unfastening his trousers.
Or:
Upon entering the trailer, the unknown person alleged that Combs started making inappropriate sexual advances and then undid his pants.
Both sentences convey the same meaning but offer slightly different ways to phrase it for variety.
In a reported statement, Diddy is said to have told him, “If you handle this correctly, I’ll propel your career forward.” The photographer interprets this to imply that if he declined, his career might face irreversible harm.

Doe asserts that he, identifying himself as heterosexual, alleged he engaged in oral sex with Diddy under a threatening or pressuring situation.
As a devoted admirer reporting this incident, I can share that the photographer mentioned an intriguing detail: After the rapper reached his peak, he is said to have been told to preserve Diddy’s essence within his mouth, as if holding a nut in a squirrel’s pouch.
Doe claims that Diddy made violent threats to him after he didn’t comply with the request.
Despite the alleged offer of career benefits, the man says he never heard from Combs again.
The photographer claims he endured immense emotional and psychological distress, as well as trauma, and is taking legal action against Diddy to recover compensation.
After receiving an inquiry from DailyMail.com, John Doe’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, quickly shared some insights about the case on his Instagram account.
According to Buzbee, he has stepped back from several cases against Diddy in the New York federal court because he is not yet authorized to practice law in that particular federal district at this time.
The lawyer admitted that he might have acted too quickly in discrediting those who use the term “false news,” a phrase he linked to articles concerning his withdrawal from legal matters.

He made it clear that contrary to some reports, he has not dropped out of all legal proceedings involving Diddy. To set the record straight, he hasn’t withdrawn from any Diddy cases. In fact, the opposite is true.
Today, we initiated a legal action on behalf of a renowned photographer who accuses Sean “P Diddy” Combs of coercion and sexual assault. This photographer, our client, is known for their work in television commercial production. Buzbee further explained the nature of the lawsuit before reiterating its allegations.
‘The facts alleged speak for themselves,’ he added.
It’s an honor for me to lead this movement, giving a voice to those once silenced, and it takes a team to make progress. We eagerly anticipate bringing these cases before the court when the moment is right.
