Shocking Allegations: Joe Gatto Accused of Inappropriate Behavior with Teens

Previously known comedian, Joe Gatto from the Impractical Jokers group, is facing new accusations; two young women have claimed that Gatto encouraged them to kiss and expose their midriffs for him to touch, which is the most recent set of allegations against him.

48-year-old Gatto was recently accused of inappropriate actions towards a former employee, who described them as instances of sexual harassment, just days following accusations that he had sexually assaulted a 19-year-old. However, Gatto has refuted these claims.

Currently, Grace Kennedy and Brianna Ochoa, a recent high school graduate, have publicly discussed their interactions with Gatto in a 10-minute TikTok video. This video showcases supposed messages from the comedian asking for explicit images, as well as recounting numerous meetings they had, with the most recent one occurring in December 2024.

From my perspective as a lifestyle expert, it’s been suggested that the supposed messages were dispatched using an option called ‘vanish mode.’ The reasoning behind this is that the individual who sent them was presumably intelligent and had a clear understanding of his actions.

In the video, Brianna displayed to her audience a screenshot showing that Joe had reshared her picture with him following their encounter at one of his concerts and texted her: “You were charming. Thanks for attending.” (This version maintains the original’s structure but uses more conversational language.)

Brianna mentioned that Joe G. not only covered her gas expenses and dinner at Chipotle, but also sent her a $35 payment through Venmo as proof.

During the second concert they attended, Brianna’s father joined them, and Gatto didn’t exhibit any strange behavior when they went behind the scenes. However, following the performance, Grace asserted: “He was sending us numerous texts.

Brianna added: ‘A lot, a lot. Like, constantly. More than he should’ve.’

It’s been reported that he gave them tickets and a backstage pass for a concert on December 6, 2024, in Salem, Oregon, which is the day they mention things began to feel strange.

As a lifestyle expert, I would rephrase it as follows: They assert that he suggested they should wear their pajamas. In a screenshot of what appears to be a private conversation, he allegedly wrote: “It’s too chilly for skirts or leggings today, I have no doubt you’ll make the right choice. Go ahead and put on your nightwear.

Grace described the meeting following the performance as becoming unusual since he instructed us to exchange a greeting with a kiss, she explained.

Brianna mentioned that he instructed us to give three quick kisses in succession, not a deep kiss or anything romantic like that, just a friendly peck.

She went on to say: ‘He acted strangely, offering me a piece of mango using his hands while I was seated on the couch. He stood over me, asking if I wanted a taste, and then proceeded to feed me with his fingers. It created an uncomfortable situation.’

Grace stated that afterwards, he instructed them to sit down on the couch next to him, and they complied. He then asked them to raise their shirts, which they followed, explaining, “We had no choice, you understand.

She added: ‘Then he requested to feel them, and that’s where things became unusual. He began running his hands over our abdomens, specifically our navels.’

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but share this intriguing detail: Grace leaned in to plant a kiss on her cheek before we parted ways from the dressing room. According to reports, he generously handed over a Benjamin (a $100 bill) for our long drive and splurged on a two-hundred dollar hotel suite that was conveniently nestled right next to his.

Grace clarified: “Right now, we’re staying at a hotel, the one he purchased for us. He’s still messaging us and requesting videos of us kissing, getting intimate, and explicit images. By that, I mean everything from kissing to revealing pictures. However, all these requests were sent using the ‘disappear’ mode.

According to Brianna, he seemed eager for us to visit his hotel and hinted that he would lead us through a secret entrance so his colleagues wouldn’t notice. In essence, he was quite persistent, repeatedly asking something along the lines of ‘Will you come see me?’

Ultimately, they chose not to meet him as they weren’t comfortable visiting a man’s hotel room late at night. “To be clear, we were carried away by the moment,” Briana explained to her audience, “but let me make this clear: we are lesbians and have no interest in men.

‘We were like, “This is crazy. He has a wife and kids. Like this is insane.”‘

Since the year 2013, Gatto and his spouse, Bessy, have been a married couple. In the year 2022, they spent a short period apart, but they managed to make up again approximately two years after that.

They have a daughter Milana, nine, and a son Remo, seven.

In a conversation via Direct Message (DM) shown in the TikTok video, it is claimed that Gatto sent them this message: ‘You all are relaxed. It’s delightful to bring smiles to your faces. I had an obligation from our previous encounter. Now you have an obligation to me. However, you gave me a gift card. So we’re square.’

They replied: ‘We’re glad to hear that lol. We love seeing and talking to you. Makes us happy.’

At the end of their video, they reassured their audience that their association with him ceased when he asked them to engage in something unpalatable. They made it clear that the content of their 10-minute video did not imply any form of sexual assault on them, and they emphasized that no physical interaction occurred between them and him.

Brianna determined: ‘It’s clear he’s not an admirable individual, and instead of worrying about teenage girls visiting his hotel, we should concentrate on a 50-year-old man asking teenagers to stay at his hotel. Grace pointed out that he’s married with children.’

In his statement, Gatto admitted he made a mistake and breached the trust of those closest to him. However, it’s important to note that there’s no truth to allegations of assault against him as those who truly know him are aware.

I’m constantly working on personal growth, and I plan to step back temporarily from public life so that I can devote my efforts where they matter most.

On March 26th, he informed his followers that he had admitted himself into a therapeutic facility for treatment and had to postpone his forthcoming concert engagements.

After giving it some thought, he chose to enroll himself in a residential treatment facility on his own accord, as part of his ongoing personal growth process.

I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my friends, followers, and most importantly, my loved ones, for their unwavering support. This appreciation is particularly felt in the recent days.

The accusations of improper behavior started on March 22, with a TikTok user named Joozyb alleging that he had assaulted her after they had met prior to one of his concerts in Milwaukee in September 2023.

Following the performance, she admitted that they had been exchanging messages, as she explained in her TikTok post: ‘At that point, I was under the influence, but it doesn’t matter; he was sending me these texts. And honestly, it was becoming a bit strange, if you know what I mean.’

She asserted that Gatto subsequently made their conversations disappear from Instagram, and informed her about the location of his overnight accommodation.

Instead of elaborating on the specific details of the alleged sexual assault, the accuser vaguely stated, “There were certain incidents,” before presenting an image of her back bearing a significant bruise. She then asserted, “This is the evidence of his actions… marked by his TEETH.

He has since denied the allegations. 

A previous worker alleged that he engaged in inappropriate actions towards her. She stated that their initial encounter occurred when she was 15 years old at one of his live performances, and over time, as she grew older to 18, he began displaying overly flirtatious behavior.

Previously employed by Gatto while working with him on Impractical Jokers, the employee claimed that at certain instances, he made inappropriate physical advances towards her, including requesting shoulder or back rubs.

She additionally claimed that Gatto proposed inviting her to his room for a cuddle session, and persistently inquired about the details of her intimate relationships.

Upon this revelation, I echoed his sentiment with a heartfelt confession: “Indeed, my choices were flawed, leading to a breach of trust among those I hold dearest. However, let it be known by all who truly understand me, I am not capable nor would I ever harm another soul.

Improving myself is an ongoing journey, and right now I plan on stepping back from the limelight for a while to channel my efforts where they are most needed.
