Shock twist in Scott Wolf’s ugly divorce with wife of 21 years
An unexpected turn of events surfaced during the contentious divorce proceedings between Scott Wolf and his separated spouse, Kelley.
It came to light last month, specifically on the 10th of June, that the actor from Party Of Five, aged 57, had initiated a divorce proceedings from his spouse, with whom he has been married for 21 years and has raised three children together.
Just a few days afterward, Kelly was apprehended by the police, as it turned out, captured on video, and transported to a hospital in Utah for a psychological assessment. Later on, she asserted that the police had allegedly subjected her to an involuntary mental health hold ‘once more’ within this month.
On June 25th, Wolf sought and received a temporary restraining order against a mother of three.
However, in a surprising development, a Utah judge disbanded the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) over the weekend, as per court records obtained by People, because Scott and Kelley had come to an understanding, which led to its dissolution.
The arrangement was finalized earlier in the current week, specifically on Tuesday. It encompasses various aspects related to visits, interactions, and financial matters.

It’s been determined that Wolf will be the only guardian of his trio of children, namely Jackson (age 16), Miller (age 12), and Lucy (age 11).
According to the arrangement made earlier, Kelley will enjoy a generous amount of supervised time with her kids.
This arrangement involves pre-planned, face-to-face meetings with her children, overseen by a counselor. Additionally, she can make up to three monitored phone or video calls with her kids.
If any of her kids reach out to her first, Kelley has been given permission to also respond.Â
In the presence of their children, both Scott and Kelley refrain from talking about certain subjects such as grown-up matters, divorce, or their offspring’s connection with each parent.
In addition, the separated parents are forbidden from questioning their children about the activities happening at the other parent’s home.
An injunction has been imposed on Scott and Kelly, preventing them from sharing updates or expressing opinions about each other on their social media platforms.
It’s forbidden for them to discuss their kids, divorces, or marriages, and no one else is allowed to post or comment on these specific subjects either.

Over the specified duration, the aim is for Kelley to regain unrestricted access to spending time with her three kids on her own.
On June 25, Wolf requested for a TRO which was granted.Â
At the point in time, Judge Richard Mrazi stated that Kelley had been exhibiting a progressively dangerous behavior pattern which poses a significant risk of immediate and irreversible harm to his minor children.
In my account, the honorable judge mentioned that my estranged spouse had expressed intentions of taking our minor children out of the nation.
The TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) has indeed been withdrawn, which means there won’t be a scheduled court hearing on the initially set date of July 21st anymore.
The actor will stay at their home in Park City, Utah with their children, and only Kelly will be permitted to visit the property during times when she is supervising the children.
In this arrangement, both Scott and Kelly will manage the marital finances, but Kelly will receive a monthly allowance of $10,000 to meet her living expenses. Additionally, Scott will take care of other regular bills like car payments, credit card bills, legal fees, among others.
As a devoted supporter, I find myself sharing the latest development in the estranged couple’s divorce saga. This recent turn of events unfolds shortly after Kelley asserted that she was subjected to an involuntary mental health detention ‘once more’, this time by the police – individuals she accuses of mistreating her during custody.

Over the past weekend, I shared some intriguing assertions on Instagram about the Summit County Police Department. I claimed that during a seven-day ‘involuntary hold,’ I was forcefully pushed down the stairs by officers, following my removal from Sundance. These events transpired as part of an unsettling experience I underwent.
In fact, the Summit County Police Department didn’t participate in any incident at Sundance Resort on July 6, because Sundance isn’t actually situated within Summit County.
Posting a picture of her injured arm, Kelly declared assertively: “I was detained for seven days, but they wanted to hold me for ninety. I won’t stay silent any longer. I can’t keep quiet any longer.
She asserted about her injuries: ‘These injuries were caused by the police. I’m trying to secure safety but I need assistance. I was shoved down stairs, my wrist is broken, I have contusions on my head, and I’m bruised all over. I was just released last night, and this is the SECOND time such an incident has happened.’
‘On July 6, the Summit County Police removed me from Sundance and admitted me against my will to the Summit County Behavioral Health facility. It’s important that the truth be made known.’
In a subsequent update, here’s what Kelly shared: “I adore my children deeply. I’m not in a state of madness. I seek assistance. Above all, I yearn to be reunited with them once more. For now, that’s all.
A representative from the Summit County Police Department has made it clear that they are familiar with various images and social media posts spreading false information about their presence at Sundance Resort on July 6. These posts falsely suggest that “Summit County Police” intervened in an incident, even including claims of a conflict involving officers from Summit County law enforcement.
The Sundance Resort doesn’t fall under Summit County jurisdiction, so neither the county itself nor entities like the Summit County Sheriff’s Office would respond to any incidents happening there.
I’d be happy to help! ‘On July 6, it’s important to note that the Summit County Sheriffâs Office did not participate in any actions related to Sundance.’
This version aims to maintain the original meaning while using simpler and more conversational language. The focus is on emphasizing that the Sheriff’s Office was not involved on a specific day and at a particular location, which I hope helps make it even clearer!

I have reached out to the Utah County Sheriff’s Office, Summit County Behavioral Health, Sundance Mountain Resort, and Scott Wolf for their comments, but I am still waiting for a response.
According to Us Weekly, who examined court records, the actor from Boston has a brother named Michael Wolf, and he too submitted a statement regarding this particular issue.
A source who is acquainted with Kelley, a mental health expert, shared that it’s unfortunate for the children, but she is determinedly prepared to battle fiercely for her kids.
The source added: ‘It is not warranted, it’s cruel. And it’s incorrect.’
On June 9th, I officially filed court documents expressing my intention to end my marriage with Kelly, whom I pledged my life to back in May 2004.
Prior to the implementation of the restraining order and when Scott had temporary guardianship of their three children, Kelley found herself in police custody due to peculiar remarks she made towards her father and other individuals.
On the 13th of June, Kelley broadcasted live on Instagram as police officers arrived to transport her to a hospital. She posted the video herself.

According to a statement from authorities acquired by People, deputies were dispatched to the Sundance Resort due to a call about a woman who required assistance.
After talking to her, we discovered that she had expressed worrying remarks to a relative, and she also shared similar concerns with our deputies, as the conversation went on.
‘For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.’
Later, it was verified that Kelley was held under an emergency psychiatric hold, often referred to as a 5150, which is a necessary step taken when someone poses a threat to themselves or others, or is severely impaired due to mental illness, according to the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
