17 months following their separation, Kevin Costner‘s former wife, Christine Baumgartner, is now engaged to a previous acquaintance of Costner’s, Josh Connor.
In May 2023, after 19 years of marriage and raising three children together, Costner (age 70) and Baumgartner (age 50) went their separate ways. Later in the same year, Baumgartner became romantically involved with a charismatic financier who was 49 years old.
The couple got engaged on January 26 during an intimate dinner in Santa Barbara, per People.
According to a source, since it appeared that rain was imminent, there weren’t many people left on the beach. It was then that Josh chose to get down on one knee.
I wasn’t a bit taken aback when I heard about the proposal; in fact, it seemed like an inevitable next step for them. As it turns out, they had spent the previous month sharing Christmas together, where their journey as a couple officially began. Needless to say, they are both ecstatic and eagerly looking forward to their future as one.
