As I delve into the life of James ‘Arg’ Argent, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of admiration for his resilience and determination to overcome his struggles. His journey from a heartbreaking breakup to losing an impressive 15 stone is nothing short of inspiring.
James Argent publicly displayed affection with his new partner, Nicoline Artursson, when they were seen passionately kissing in Saint-Tropez.
Previously known TOWIE celebrity, aged 36, appeared deeply smitten with his ex-Miss Sweden sweetheart during their seaside swim outing.
James showed off his toned physique as he went shirtless and wore a pair of blue patterned shorts.
During the lockdown, he weighed approximately 37.8 kg (which converts to 27 stone). However, after making significant changes to his lifestyle and having a sleeve gastrectomy surgery, he lost almost 63.4 kg (14 stone).

James and Nicoline were unable to resist holding hands as they swam, eventually taking a leisurely walk together on the sandy shore.

According to The Sun, James secretly took his fresh girlfriend on an extravagant three-day trip to the luxurious Indie Beach at Plage de Pampelonne.
In 2011, Nicoline, aged 31, triumphed as Miss World Sweden and graced runways for Abercrombie & Fitch. Additionally, she was invited to appear on the French adaptation of “The Bachelor,” but opted to concentrate on her academic pursuits instead.

In March, Arg confessed on the My Dirty Laundry podcast that he found it challenging to celebrate Valentine’s Day due to being single, and he needed to avoid social media as it made him feel quite low.
After conquering my personal struggles, maintaining sobriety for two years and shedding approximately 198 pounds, James expressed: “I’m doing exceptionally well. My life, in general, is fantastic, but I could use a positive shift in my romantic relationships. It would be wonderful if that aspect improved.
To put it frankly, this Valentine’s Day was particularly challenging for me. On that day, I found myself waking up with the decision to avoid social media altogether.
To clarify, I’m not saying I’m miserable or distressed, but the truth is, knowing that I don’t have a Valentine and I’m not in a relationship, it won’t bring me joy because I wasn’t expecting to celebrate Valentine’s Day with someone special.
However, I found myself unable to resist peeking occasionally, only to find scenes of couples who appeared deeply in love, their happiness evident.
It seems like everyone is going on dates, with bouquets of flowers, balloons, boxes of chocolates, and either date nights out or vacations. And it’s not just the couples who are happily married – it’s everywhere! Admittedly, I couldn’t help but feel a bit influenced by all this romantic atmosphere.
Instead of dwelling in sadness, James chose to venture out to lift his spirits, yet a shopping trip failed to improve his circumstances in the slightest.
“He said: ‘I decided to leave home, do some shopping, and went to my neighborhood supermarket. However, what made the situation even more frustrating was that every aisle I checked was filled with Valentine’s Day meals for two.'”.
The meal cost £20 for appetizers, entrées, desserts, and a beverage. And I reacted with surprise, as the price hit me unexpectedly hard.
That evening, I retired for the night, enjoyed a restful sleep, and woke up feeling much better the following day. My spirits were lifted once more; I felt well again.
In other words, life is unpredictable; some days will be wonderful, others challenging, and there may even be times when your emotions are particular.
If you manage to have a restful night, each subsequent day presents itself as a fresh opportunity. Strangely enough, I thought I’d be indifferent towards this year’s Valentine’s Day, but it turned out to be less than pleasant an experience.
