It’s heartening to see Anton Du Beke, one of the show’s longest-standing professionals, maintaining his grace under pressure and focusing on his upcoming performance with Giovanni Pernice.
In an exhilarating Instagram post on Tuesday, Shirley Ballas displayed her striking physique, clad in a sleek, backless black swimsuit, as she leaped into a lake with delight.
In the one-piece, the 63-year-old judge from Strictly Come Dancing appeared astonishing while sprinting along a pier and lifting her arms towards the sky before plunging into the water.
She appeared cheerful as she disclosed that she was focusing on self-care, enjoying the sun during her luxurious vacation.

After Shirley confessed in July that she was completely drained, due to the ongoing Strictly Come Dancing controversies.
The lead judge has consistently stood by judge Anton Du Beke, while also dismissing professional dancer Giovanni Pernice during the ongoing investigation into misconduct.
Anton, aged 58, has become the fourth individual to spark debate following the reemergence of an old disagreement and accusations of behavior reminiscent of the 1970s involving his previous dance partner, Laila Rouass.
In simpler terms, it means that Giovanni, aged 33, became well-known or famous following Amanda Abbington’s statement about his demanding and intense workout regimen causing her Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
It seems that, with an increasing number of celebrities speaking up about their past professional partners, Shirley appears exhausted by the ongoing scandals being revealed.
On Instagram, she posted: “Hi everyone! Right now, I’m getting a rejuvenating IV drip as I’ve been traveling for more than two weeks.”
When I’m completely drained, something always manages to put a spring back in my step and make me feel significantly improved.
‘So I’m truly grateful that I am able to do this while I’m in New York and get a pimp in my step.’
After the first sighting since he became embroiled in the Strictly Come Dancing conduct controversy, Anton was spotted.
During the 2009 series, he made fun of contestant Laila, who is of Indian and Moroccan heritage, by jokingly saying she resembled a pig after a spray tan. This insensitive remark brought her to tears at the time, and it has recently resurfaced in discussions this week.
Anton expressed regret to Laila immediately and acknowledged that he felt both foolish and ashamed over his remarks towards the actress. A reconciliation between them occurred a few weeks afterwards.
On a Saturday, Anton showed up at Venue Cymru in Llandudno, located in north Wales, dressed comfortably, in preparation for his concert date with former “Strictly” professional dancer Giovanni Pernice, who was 33 years old.
At present, investigations are being conducted by the BBC regarding allegations of inappropriate behavior off-set that have been brought up by Amanda Abbington, aged 50, as well as two other ex-celebrity companions. Furthermore, Anton has publicly expressed his backing for Giovanni during this time.
Besides Giovanni, the professional dancer Graziano Di Prima, aged 30, was also dismissed from the show this week, and subsequently expressed regret for physically attacking his celebrity partner Zara McDermott, who is 27 years old, during dance practice sessions last year by striking and kicking her.
Anton’s wife, Hannah, posted a tender note along with pictures of their six-year-old twins, George and Henrietta.

He then became part of the judging panel in 2019 when Bruno Tonioli left.
