Shemar Moore and his longtime girlfriend Jesiree Dizon have called it quits.
According to TMZ’s report from Thursday, the actor from Criminal Minds, who is 54 years old, and the 41-year-old model/actress have ended their five-year relationship, which they had been in since not long ago.
Even though they’re not romantically involved anymore, Moore and Dizon maintain a positive relationship and will continue to be affectionate friends.
They plan on peacefully sharing parental responsibilities for their two-year-old daughter Frankie Melelina Kapule Moore, who arrived in January 2023.
According to those familiar with the matter, it was shared that both parents are committed to ensuring their daughter enjoys a joyful and vibrant upbringth.
The surprising news of their separation emerged a few days following the joyous celebration of Frankie’s second birthday, which they shared with Dizon on January 24th.
The actor posted an Instagram video featuring themselves, Dizon, and their single child.
In the caption, Moore thanked his ex-girlfriend for giving him a daughter.
Today is a double celebration for us as our adorable, sassy, brilliant, and joyful miracle, Frankie, turns two! This bundle of love is the absolute joy of my life! It’s all about Frankie’s world! – exclaimed the star of S.W.A.T., brimming with delight in the caption.
He concluded with: ‘Thank You Jesiree [heart emojis] HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY GIRL’
The day before Frankie’s birthday, I couldn’t help but share a heartwarming video of Dizon and our precious daughter rolling around in the soft grass. I simply couldn’t contain my excitement and posted it with this caption: “Mom and Frankie… MIRACLES DO HAPPEN!! Feeling incredibly proud and grateful, your Poppa!
Last week, Moore gushed over his now ex-girlfriend while on The Jennifer Hudson Show.
Additionally, he informed Jennifer Hudson that he currently has no plans for more kids at this point in time.
