On a Friday, the 44-year-old star of Chuck shared thrilling news through their joint Instagram post, announcing that they are expecting their first child together.
Next to a heartwarming photo of them snuggling on the sandy shore, along with an ultrasound image of their upcoming baby – affectionately referred to as their ‘little one,’ he penned a deeply emotional and lengthy message expressing his excitement about becoming a father for the first time.
They shared that they intend to discover their baby’s gender upon birth, and they’re seeking unique, yet not overly unusual, name ideas from you.
The actor from Shazam! expressed that he’s long dreamed of becoming a father, as far back as when he was just a child himself. However, it’s worth noting that this individual has stirred up controversy in the past due to his views on vaccinations and support for Donald Trump.
He went on saying, “For as long as I can remember, there has been a pull within me, a calling if you will. It’s a yearning deep within my heart. It’s an odd sensation, like I’m missing something crucial, like the absence of profound love and duty in my path.
He expressed the view that the finest years of his life would arrive once he had become a father at last.
He confided that, beneath the surface, I recognized aspects of my life that required change before I could fully embrace the unique gift and its accompanying duties, which were just as precious,” he revealed.
Last year, Levi initiated efforts to enhance his life, which is when he encountered his current partner who will soon become the mother of his child.
‘So last November I started to make some shifts in my life,’ he recalled.
Changes that essentially boiled down to learning to love and appreciate myself more. Making my own wellbeing – be it physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual – a top priority.
Suddenly, wonderful changes began to unfold,” he told us. “In no time at all, divine providence introduced me to an extraordinary, sincere, down-to-earth, and profound love embodied by the remarkable individual @maggiekeating.
In his caption, he gushed about the America’s Next Top Model alum and their connection.
‘On this shared path of self-exploration and affection, we found each other, ready to embark upon an extraordinary, fresh phase in our lives together. And that’s exactly what we did.’
He expressed his excitement, saying, “We’re eagerly looking forward to you all meeting our newborn,” and then shared that they intend to discover the baby’s gender later on.
He’s planning to find out the baby’s gender at birth, and he’s excited beyond belief, no matter what it turns out to be.
Levi also asked for baby name suggestions.
‘Always accepting potential baby names. Keep ’em original, but not TOO original. We don’t need them being bullied more than their theater-nerd father,’ he joked.
It is unknown when the couple met and started dating.
Levi recently made an announcement following Laura Benanti, a past co-star from She Loves Me, expressing dislike for him after their collaboration.
She accused Levi of using Broadway costar Gavin Creel’s death to push his ‘political agenda.’
In a passionate outpouring on an Instagram Live session, I couldn’t help but express my belief that Creel’s untimely demise in September was somehow linked to the COVID-19 vaccine.
